The property is nice but needs a makeover specially washrooms / lobby carpets . The service needs to be professional. It is nice property , but they need to invest in modernity to stay relevant and compete in the 4/5 star category when we compare with new generation hotels . Location is great for airport . Food is decent .

This is the hotel where I go almost 4-5 times in years. Best location, clean neat well maintained. Best service, great food quality. Only thing was happened with me that while booking 15 days in advance to keep reserve room number 303 or 305 It was already allocated to someone when I checked in at 12 midnight. And at midnight guests become helpless as he has to compromise whatever they give one has to accept

The hotel is very neat & clean and gives a feeling of freshness. The food spread is excellent and very well cooked. Even the non-veg dishes were well done. The gym is very basic and could be improved further. Overall a good business halt as it is very closely located to the Airport, which results in saving on travel time.

One of the most comfortable stays I experienced. The room was spacious and the room decor was exquisite. You get a feel of the heritage. Prompt services makes you realize the level of effort put in training the staff. I had breakfast which was sumptuous with a princely spread.
