We have been staying at Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad every year for the past seven years. The location is perfect being very close to CG Road shopping.
The hotel is like a second home to us and all the staff like family. Thank you to all the staff for always making us feel so welcome and making our stay special every year.
The restaurant staff (Sahdev, Sumit, Lipika, Atul & the whole team) are very hospitable, friendly and always smiling. The service given to us was one of the best we have ever received at any hotel worldwide. We always looked forward to breakfast time and the delicious ginger masala tea made by the staff.
Chef Neeraj & team are excellent in providing different & tasty dishes everyday. We really enjoyed all the breakfast items (especially the thepla, paratha & dosa). The gajar halwa and kathi roll at dinner time was the best we have ever eaten. Thank you for making our time at the hotel so special with a birthday pastry and cake on our last day.
The housekeeping team (Chirag, Ramesh and all) worked very hard to ensure our room was cleaned thoroughly and bedsheets changed everyday. Thanks for the balloon and towel decorations in our room, they really brought a smile to our faces.
The front office staff (Krunal, Manthan, Vinisha, Aziz, Farid & team) are very efficient and always willing to help. Thanks for arranging our airport pick up (Dilip) and drop off, both drivers were on time and very helpful with our bags.
The security staff always greet us when leaving and entering the hotel and held the door open. They do an excellent job in ensuring that guests always feel safe.
Thanks to Dhaval for arranging our reservation and ensuring that this went smoothly.
We look forward to visiting the hotel again next year and will continue to recommend to our friends & family.

A decent, centrally located property supported by fantastic staff who make the guest feel at home, quite literally !!!
Stayed for two weeks this month and to be honest, had great apprehensions about staying in a hotel during these Covid times. However, the hotel had excellent standards of hygiene and sanitisation at every step. Right from thermal screening and hand sanitisation for the guests, they ensure all bags and baggages are sprayed with disinfectant and then allowed inside the lobby. Clear markings for guests to maintain social distancing can be seen and adhered to in the lobby and all other common areas. The elevator section had hand sanitizers both inside and outside the elevators and makes one feel safe. House keeping staff is seen carrying sanitizers/disinfectants in one hand and a mop in the other all the time. all surfaces, door knobs, electric switches, handles, floor etc are sanitized everyday diligently.
The best part of the stay was the F&B service - though restrcited to in room service, the kitchen staff led by Gurvinder, Sumit, Chef Niraj, Sukhdev and Atul - each person went out of the way to serve a wide variety of menu and were ever cheerful in meeting my F&B requirements. Food quality was excellent and ensured the taste buds wanting more !! A big cheer to the entire team manning the kitchen/F&B service here. Keep up the good work, folks !!
Overall, had a fantastic stay at this property and would definitely recommend this to any traveler who is looking for a safe and homely stay away from home !!

I had been to this hotel before on business trip. this time decided to take the family along with me. with 6 years kids I felt it would be difficult to stay longer. But all hotel staffs are very friendly and co-operative and felt as if we are in home. Sales manager Dhwanit, Restaurant in-charge Rohit & Guruvinder, Chef Vinoth, Virender & Samuel Sharma including all staffs of restaurant, Room service in-charge Vishal, and his team Devendra, Ankit and Ramesh, front desk staff Suresh and Dhawal and all other staffs whose name I don't know, but everyone having harmony among themselves and they move as family members among themselves and with the guests. That made us to choose this hotel again for business and family trips. The entire staff right from the front desk to the housekeeping was extremely courteous and took care of all requests during the entirety of the stay. Felt safe during Covid-19 pandemic and the hotel has taken complete care not to cause discomfort while ensuring safety. Thank you to the entire team for being a wonderful host.

The staff is extremely courteous and a amazing stay if you're looking for a staycation of sorts. The location is pretty central with respect to the city and all major landmarks are reasonably close. We took the breakfast + Dinner package and we were not disappointed. Mr. Gurinder who is the F&B head knows his stuff and was very polite and considerate of all our demands. We were helped by Mr. Krunal at the reception for everything we needed ans wanted. And the most underrated virtue, the response time for housekeeping and room service was very good. Overall an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton.

The approach is very shabby - it does not give a feeling that you are in any Sheraton hotels. You can not walk in the evenings as it is in the middle of a busy street. Luggage handling was appalling. We were told that the luggage would be sent to our rooms but after some delay, we noticed many bags had arrived and we were afraid that the luggage could get mixed up! We got our own luggage to our rooms. The room was very average when we paid for the superior room ( small room with lots of furniture), it seemed it was a real ripper. A kettle was broken which needed replacement ( the errand boy wasn't surprised on realising this). The slippers in the room are so flimsy that they are getting torn while walking from the room to the toilet. Overall review, the name Sheraton is a misnomer - the customer is ripped (I feel that way). One could hear noise from other rooms! One cannot open the full curtain as one loses the privacy. The train track is close by and one could hear whistle.

Visited Ahmedabad after 7-8 years to take care of some business after my Mother expired in 2019 before the Pandemic. At that time, our stay was at this same location, and I can tell that their service standards are above par. I booked the package that included breakfast and either Lunch/Dinner [Dinner for the most part] since was out running errands most times during the days. Everything was attended to in detail, with variety of food options in the buffet, including ordering anything from their menu or making a special request to the Chefs, especially Suneel Kumar, Chef Amrit Ma’am for the warm fresh Fafda/Jalebi/Mirchis, and Payaal Ma’am for her ever-smiling face.
In terms of the room, the little things magnified the whole experience. From comfortable-sized rooms and simple touches such as a beautiful towel Swan and extra water bottles [I need to stay hydrated since am not used to the kind of hot weather in India], and a nice Holi present, it made a huge difference to my choice of stay, which I don't regret. Thanks to Shailendraji for those simple touches.
I highly recommend giving this location a try as your next visit. If and when I do return back to Ahmedabad, I know where to relax and catch some wink at! 😴

Allowing a friend in the room is entirely at the discretion of the hotel. They might want to see some id before doing so.
Regarding the room with a bathtub is not known to me. It'll be better if you contact the hotel directly.
There are more places to choose from in the Ahmedabad area.
