Best vegetarian food I have ever ate in Gujarat.. Thanks to Chef Santu. I am in Gujarat for more than 3years but never ever I had this awesome, tasty and authentic vegetarian food. Also thanks to Mr. Soumen of food and beverage dept. for so sweet and heartiest love and hospitality. Love to have such staff when u take a break for food with smiling faces even they are so exhausted, they r always helpful for any reason. Hospitable staff, very well trained. Service is excellent. The staff goes out of the way to make you comfortable. The food is very delicious. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I stay here frequently. This is the best hotel in Ahmedabad.

I noticed how well anshu responded to the concerns. You were patient, understanding, and resourceful. Well coordinated with chef Rajesh Singh, he attended my table according to my preferences . Something I really appreciate about Anshu is your aptitude for problem-solving . You really did a great job, i was really wondering to appreciate your efforts and got the platform. One of your most impactful moments was how you handled the timings of room service in front of my guest. You showed the instant movement which others were not doing . I would really like to appreciate the part that was you called for asking food & proper updation about the status of food. It seems good when somebody put extra efforts for us .

I stayed several times at courtyard Marriott It was always nice stay . But from last 2 to 3 stay it got enhanced by Ms Anshu Pandey . Overall part handled by her only , always proved her best in situations . It was busy time might be for her but still she coordinated very well.
