Doubletree by Hilton is one of the few luxury hotels at Ahmedabad which takes care of each and every detail to make the guest comfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and they made sure that all aspects and requirement were taken care off during the stay. Starting from the check-in and check-out which was contactless and fast, the quality of food and beverages which includes lavish spread of buffet, the hygienic and safety precautions taken by the hotel, housekeeping, gym facility and the Prana Spa were all exceptional. Thanks to the dedication and commitment of the staff to make the guest comfortable and the stay memorable. Wishing them all the best for future endeavors.

Stayed at the hotel for a night to celebrate wife's birthday. The property is located in the prime locality of Ambli Bopal Road. The hotel is easily accessible via private vehicle or cabs. The reception staff was courteous and we were offered a free room upgrade considering we were travelling with an infant. The executive room was really spacious and comfortable. The check in was smooth and contactless. The service was really prompt and caring. All the staff members were seen following the social distancing norms adequately. We had our meals included in the package and the food offered at wave was perfect for the price. Shall surely recommend the hotel to other colleagues and friends.

We had stayed with family in Double Tree by Hilton on 5th June 2021 to celebrate our anniversary, the courtesy extended by Hilton Team (Mr. Manpreet) was commendable. He took utmost care of each and evert thing we needed during the stay from offering us a surprise cake and flowers in the room, to hi-tea, dinner and next day morning at the time of breakfast he personally was present to make sure that everything goes well. The one day stay became completely memorable because of hospitality of Team Hilton. They even tried to arrange a special dish for us on request which was not in the menu and had to make long preparation.
Few things to recommend is that there should be sanitisers on each floor and lift.
I overall rate as one of the best hotels to stay in Ahmedabad,

Very nice location. Well trained staff and very courteous.Hot Breakfast with many varieties. Rooms very quiet and no outside noise.As an Indian American with Diamond membership definitely prefer to stay at Doubletree hotel in India to enjoy varieties of indian breakfast to begin my Day.

I don't know where to start. This feedback could be a longer one. I booked ballroom and few rooms for my wedding here. Vaibhavee from sales did a fantastic job in closing our deal and accommodating almost all our requests without even a question. Pallavi, her colleague took it over from vaibhavee and voila! I never felt I am coordinating with someone new all of a sudden. Pallavi knows her area and trust me I have no words to express how professional someone can be in dealing with guests. Early check in for our guests was taken into consideration, check in experience was smooth. All thanks to Shantanu, employees like him are genuinely an asset to any organization. Rooms are spacious, furniture and fixtures are maintained well but a little attention is needed in cleaning. Dust and hair strands were found on linen. However it was rectified when brought to notice. In room dining has to be real quick in delivering food orders however staff were polite, this needs to be addressed soon. Food preparations, in all areas, room service or banquet or breakfast is just delicious. Chefs are doing a fantastic job in that. Kudos to all chefs at Hilton. We had less interaction at front desk however once again shantanu and manushi were super super amazing. Here comes the the best of all, Santosh. He was everywhere. our mehndi function, main event and a small dinner get together. He single handedly managed the service in all our events so well that we never had to worry if our guests would have any issue. I think, I am not exaggerating but every single guests in our wedding, mehndi and dinner were attended by him. A real success is when our guests recognize and remembers him by his name even after the event. Good job Santosh! :-) Anup supervised the event really well. I am sure he is the man behind the scene. Anup - Santosh Jodi could be a milestone achiever at Hilton for making an event successful. Well, I couldn't stop appreciating all of you. Incredible hospitality, meaningful conversations and thoughtful arrangements is what Hilton gave us. Our wedding experience would be remembered through out our life and just because of people who are involved in making it a success. In Ahmedabad you are spoilt for choices as far as good hotels go. That too all of them have sprung up on/around the SG Highway.
This one too is good hotel with all amenities.
The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished with proper lighting and choicest decor. So are the bathrooms, well done. The staff very warm.
Although I have given a 5 pointer, I would like to give some suggestions to the hotel
(1) Lots of room for improvement in the house keeping service. Although the rooms are very neat, clean and well-maintained if you ask for toiletries, etc, it shouldn't take 30-40 mins.
(2) The food is good (not excellent) but the desserts are equivalent to a 2 star hotel. I tried the buffet dinner, all the preparations were just okayish. But the desserts section was a big let-down. Lots of room for improvement. Give the desserts chef a crash course.

We had dinner at Wave restaurant of Hilton Double Tree, Ahmedabad this very pleasant February day. The ambience at this place was very pleasant cheerful restaurant matched the day outside.
The spread was adequate, plenty of choice. Especially, dessert had a wide variety.We have never seen so courteous, efficient and welcoming staff - all of them - front office and restaurants. We received top class hospitality never experienced before.

My daughter is having a gluten allergy and she cannot eat the food that contains stuffs made from wheat and wheat's family. But chef Anil is a star he has prepared an exceptionally good food for her and tried his best to fulfill her belly in some extent with some variety of food. My daughter was really happy on that day and I must say all credit goes to the star chef whose is none other than Mr. Anil.

I stayed at the Doubletree in Ahmedabad after dealing with some logistical issues while attending a wedding. I called to cancel two days of a reservation for 3 days and the person who picked up on the reservation line said I would receive a refund for the last two days and I would be charged for the first day. That was fine with me, but lo and behold I received no email confirmation. When I checked in about this the next day they did not acknowledge the cancellation even though they had record of my call from the day before AND refused to refund the 2nd and 3rd day. This kind of mishandling and incompetence is not ok and left a super bad taste.

I am not sure whether they allow unmarried couples. Better you check from Hotel but it certainly it should not make any difference if you are localites.
