Worst experience

I visited along with my family- an infant and Elderly parents. Had booked two rooms for 3 nights and had paid the amount before itself. Reached hotel at 11:55am. Initially was offered just one room, the staff showed other rooms but they weren't clean, so he asked us to wait for couple of minutes asking us to fresh up meanwhile in this room. The room which was given was not up to standard, the bedsheet had blood stain, Ac behaved weirdly as it fluctuated the temperature from 24 deg to 55 deg. I went and asked if another room was ready he said it will take some time, meanwhile if you plan to go out for lunch finish and come he said. We decided to go out for lunch and day wouldn't have been worse than this, the lift stopped working. The hotel is at 5th floor, it dint had proper staircase, can't climb down stairs with parents n my kid. The receptionist said it will take 10-15 min, but it took almost 45 min for it to start working. We came back after having lunch at 3:30, checked with receptionist if another room is ready and he said yes it's ready but I have given it to someone else, please wait. I asked how much time, he said 15-20 min. He kept on giving reasons till 7 in the evening and later at 7:10 he gave us another room, which he dint changed bedsheets, towels were dark black, not sure whether they were clean or dirty. I called up OYO customer care, but I felt nothing much can be done about the rooms as this hotel needs renovation. Please don't book rooms in this hotel if you are looking for some neatness and if you are with kids n elderly people.…

Good staying experience

We have stay here for two days. It was quite nice staying experience. Staff was working well and provide nice service. Location was good. Market area was very near. Hot water available 24 hrs through geyser fitted in bathroom.

Quaint

It was one of the few couple friendly places out of metro dugouts, heavy traffic areas. After saying that 6 rooms is too dingy, my partner decided on giving it a try after I visited. I was shown the same room that we checked into. Food we ordered was delivered as if we were home. Amazing deal meant he paid under 2000 for a three night stay. Shyamal crossroads are closer than Prahladnagar so we got the same advantage as any hotel in Thaltej. Breakfast is delivered to the room with ginger tea. Plenty of closet space so I emptied my bag and lived in. Geysers are in the bathroom so you need not call to ask for hot water. Air conditioning for such a small space is far too cold but the remote is at your disposal to set it any way you like.
