Stunning hotel with immaculate service. each staff was so well trained and well groomed. the food was delicious the generosity of Mr Deepak and Miss Babita and kindness added a feather to an already amazing afternoon. each of us went back with a smile and with a resolve to return back again
Very Poor Quality Staaf. Rooms are very small as compared into pictures, When I visited the hotel, I denied to check-in with the room size issue. And suggested to upgrade by paying more prices in person, When I pushed for a cancellation, The hotel staff denied to provide refund.
Manger didn't allow to take the kitchen pictures of d 24*7 cafe. Which was a straight NO!. Checking on the service, waiter will state at you till you give an order. However the overall ambiance is like Bar. But no alcohol....at all. After all it's Gujarat. The staff is just working n not bothered about the guest...
We booked 4 nights in this hotel for 3 people (husband & adult daughter) while my husband was at conference in Gandhinagar. We arrived late after a tiring bus trip & found we had been upgraded to a executive room (free of charge) but still the room was only just big enough for the double bed & extra mattress on the floor. We were given the wrong wi-fi password & no help to work out the conference bus supposedly stopping at this conference hotel?? Breakfast was to be ordered on room service only at 0730 - no leeway for an early breakfast for my conference going husband?? No wi-fi to work out alternatives. In the morning we did find a limited breakfast buffet & got the wi-fi password, but still no help with bus/taxi (not much English spoken at the desk in am). We woke up to realise this hotel has NO WINDOWS in any rooms - there were no better rooms/suites to upgrade to. As this was a holiday break for us - we moved (no refund) for the next 3 nights. Positives. The hotel was very clean & modern, well situated for a night close to the airport, and OK if you were happy to spend the day in the Agora Mall & its Entertainment Complex, but if you need to see daylight you might find better value elsewhere.…
The hotel is part of Mall with Big Bazaar hyper retail in it and a discotheque. Any room number upto 115, you can hear discotheque thump all through the night. It is strict vegetarian hotel and no smoking at all in premises. Food i ordered was ok in taste. Some items are expensive some are priced at regular rates. Had hot water issues bcoz the geyser took ages to heat up water and i had to leave early 3.30 in morning to catch the flight. Room is good enough for one person even in double bed specifically important if you are on business trip and had to share room. Not many channels available in TV to watch. Rooms are comfortable, bed and pillows are comfortable too. Bathroom is also upto mark with clean towels. People booking banquet hall for marriage and are also booking rooms here then it can get noisy in lobby. Overall it is clean and maintained. It is good to stay for transit. Proximity to airport is a plus. You can have food in food court of mall to which you have access from inside hotel premises. …
First of all, I dont know why and how people gave this hotel 5 star review. Beyond my understanding. This hotel is situated in a tired Balaji Agora mall. Being inside a mall automatically attracts so many problems. Loud music in the nearby restaurants/Banquet till late night. I could not sleep till midnight. The two common walls of the room are not solid brick. As a result all the sounds you can hear from the neighboring room. Similary you can hear noise of water flowing in the bathroom of the other room. So no privacy here. The Breakfast was pathetic. Cockroaches were running on the tables were dishes were kept. Limited variety. Poha and Live counter of Dosa. The apples which they cut were looking stale. In the last the checkout time of this hotel is 9 AM. So be aware they become angry if you miss the deadline. They also own a Gujrati thali restaurant called Agrah. They have two types of thali. Bhog and Mahabhog, priced 299 amd 399 respectively. When the waiter came for the order I tild him 299 thali. They puposely served 399 and charged me 399 plus GST. So if you are going there confirm 2 or three times before you actually start eating. Ahmedabad is full of nice hotels. Give a try elsewhere. Overall worth 1 star which I am giving. …
We planned to hop to ahemdabad while going to Udaipur . It was nice hotel not in city inside the agora mall. Mall has game arena and restaurants . You can awesome night out when you nothing else to do. They got a small cake arranged for us when requested. Rooms are cosy but too small.
It was a good stay. Hotel staff and room service were helpful and cooperating. They also provided a late check-out on request. Housekeeping was able to provide whatever asked for, for no extra charges. Even though food was not very tasty, would excuse that for the quick service they provided. Would recommend it!
Attractive and affordable rooms with supportive staff and attentive management. I recommend this place for family, friends and business purposes. Very professional staffs and always on their to make you feel comfortable.
