It has a number of sofas where you can relax while the check-in process is completed. The process itself was fairly quick, though there was a slight hiccup when I was assigned the wrong room. Despite having booked a premium room, I was initially given a deluxe one. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the hotel staff insisted that the deluxe room was the premium one. Thankfully, my friend had already seen all the room categories, and we were able to sort it out. After the issue was resolved, I was pleased to find the room to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was neat, with all necessary toiletries, and there was hot water available whenever needed. The tea and coffee maker in the room was a nice touch for a quick refreshment.
The room itself had a comfortable bed with soft mattresses, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The ambient lighting created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast spread, while not extensive, was adequate for a budget hotel. It included a selection of continental dishes like poori sabji, Idli, Uttapam, khakhra, along with fresh-cut fruits, juices, and bread with butter and jam. While the spread wasn’t lavish, the taste of the food was perfectly on point and satisfying.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the terrace, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the city. It’s a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The terrace also has a small party hall that is great for intimate gatherings or small events like engagement ceremonies.
Overall, Lotus Park Hotel is a solid choice for those seeking a clean, budget-friendly place to stay in Ahmedabad. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, and the service is friendly. While the initial mix-up with the room allocation was frustrating, the rest of the stay was pleasant. Ahmadabad clean city inspite of crowd, I like the because of many tourist spots. People are informative and giving directions for tourists. From airport to elisbidge nearly 17kms, and Lotus park attracts because of cleanliness and good food. We stayed here two nights... Cleanliness and hotel ppl considering customers requests. Liking Gujarati food because no spice and sweet food. Hotel cooks exactly served our required food .

Lotus park, This is the hotel which I choose for my dream wedding and I am very happy with my decision, they give their best to made my wedding up from my expectations! We all barati (more than 100 people) stay at lotus park and they attend us in very well manner, staff behaviour was very polite and kind, I am happy that a person like Vivek is at GM post so that management should always be aligned. Their room price and food price was quite affordable. Thanks a lot lotus park!

Don’t know the reason behind the high ratings but haven’t come across a hotel that is more unprofessional or callous about customer privacy, safety and experience. Though the deluxe room specifies a size, the room allotted was hardly enough to move around and the bathroom is beyond imaginable with no fittings or designated place for taking a shower. If they don’t think an extra bed can fit, they should stop accepting bookings for three adults, or specify the matchbox size clearly with photos of the washroom and room in all angles. Moreover, the staff had the audacity to enter the room and take our luggage out on their own when we were delayed by checkout just by 10 min and were on our way back from a hospital visit, without as much as a courtesy call. The breakfast is nothing short of a joke with just two items, rotten fruit. The only thing consistent about the experience being terrible service, dust all around and a terribly ill maintained property, be it restaurant, room, bathrooms, linen or other common areas. Would give it a negative rating if there was an option.

The services needs lot of improvement in terms of housekeeping and room services. Every hotel has 24 hrs room service and this is my 1st hotel which I have ever experienced that there is no room service in the night. The housekeeping never cleaned our room and we had to sleep in dirty room.

Indeed it is a great place to stay for a traveler who comes to Ahmedabad for business purpose. Rooms are in very good condition. Very well inferior done for all rooms. Minus point for this hotel is only one thing that hotel entrance is odd.
Have only vegetarian food available in hotel. Also need to increase proper communication skills for order taker in Room service.

This property has terrace restaurant, so always disturbance from roof top. Untrained staff to serve and irresponsible management to take care. No sign at lift for reception area, no board or display in room to show phone numbers of help desk or room service. No tea kettle in room, no news paper in room, poor laundry services, so many disappointments in 3 days stay. Rates of business class luxury but approach of Dharamshala. New property so rooms will attract at first.

With its proximity to ellisbridge and on the paldi road, the property is quite close to the Kalupur Railway Station and a good option for business travelers. The rooms are good and specious, the bathrooms are clean and tidy. Food is OK. There is scope for improvement but would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lotus Park Hotel Ahmedabad. We visited the hotel in Feb 2018 with our 2 young boys. We only stayed 1 night and found the hotel to be a comfortable and convenient base to explore this lovely city. The hotel is located in the centre of the city on the busy and bustling Ashram Road. There are many shops and food outlets right outside and within walking distance of the Hotel.
The hotel is Fantastic in everyway. Very well furnished spacious rooms. The rooms have been designed very well with nice comfortable beds and a variety of lighting options. Our room had a nice big flat screen TV with a vast array of both Indian and international channels. The bathroom was excellent with a brilliant power shower (best we have experienced anywhere in India so far.) The A.C. was powerful and very quiet in our room and all around the hotel, which was a relief as the weather was quite hot during our stay in the city (over 35 degrees). The breakfast was served on the well presented 4th floor outdoor terrace which was a nice experience as we were able to enjoy the early morning sunshine with our made to order Masala omelette.
We found the all the staff to be very friendly and attentive, from the reception staff and the bell boys to the house keeping staff and waiters at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. They really are a credit to the hotel management team.
A big Thank You to all the staff and management team at The Lotus Park. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the city and for sure we will choose this hotel for our stay. Hopefully we get to stay for longer on our next visit.
