We stayed in a junior suite at Zense Resort for 5 nights; as part of my 40th birthday celebration in India. When booking we were asked if we had any special requests, we did mention that it was my birthday during our stay but the hotel didn’t acknowledge this in any way.
We had a lovely room, very spacious and clean with a terrace which was nice.
The pool area could do with some attention, the pool itself had some debris in and the area around it could have been cleaned more.
As for our room; the Zense resort have a policy of not automatically cleaning rooms which is strange. Sometimes we forgot to add the ticket to our door handle asking for a room clean which was annoying.
Breakfast was included in our stay and was really nice; there are lots of dishes to choose from and the service was good too.
On our last day, my partner gave our waiter a tip; we had the same waiter every day during our stay and he was really nice.
As soon as my partner handed him the money, someone came and took it from him which was very disappointing and something which has aggrieved us both since then.
I’d like Zense to feed back on their tipping policy please.
Finally, I left my favourite dress behind; I emailed 3 times over 2 days asking for this to be safely kept for me. No response until a few days later at which point they said the dress wasn’t there, which was very disappointing.

The location of the hotel was quite central in Candolim, although it’s on a main street, once in our room it seemed very quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all that you need. The service was outstanding! Especially from the Manager on duty who was very welcoming, and always found great solutions to our needs. She was amazing!! There are many shops and restaurants near by and the beach was only less than 10 minutes walking. It’s great to have stayed in a relaxing spot in a busy area!

Zense Resort is located in a good location in Candolim and you will get good hotels to have your lunch, dinner etc. near by. Also, the beeches are not that far away.
But the hotel rooms are very different from what you see in pics. They were not even 50% of what you see in pics so please select this hotel is you want to save some money on hotel expenses.
They will charge you for dental kits, rooms don't have proper lights, there were few spider webs which they forgot to clean. We stayed for 2 nights.
Overall, it was ok but I won't go to this hotel again.

The resort is in good location, if you need anything you can call reception and they made sure that you'll receive everything you need. Food is also very good and resort staff is also very good. Must visit.

The pics do not match with the actual rooms. They were not flexible to provide a room for early check with nominal price but were demanding 3k for couple of hours till we got our room.
Complimentary breakfast is not buffet and not flexible in providing additional curry or sambar

Hotel is showing executive room with double bed in pictures but they have twin beds in executive room and Hotel us not at all value for money. you can find better cozy and luxurious hotel in the same price. not at all couple friendly. Totally disappointed.

The hotel is nice. The beach is 15 min walk from the hotel. The room had a small window , so it was lacking in light and looked smaller. The room service and reception staff were helpful. The restaurant breakfast was also good ,but a bit expensive if you don't opt for complimentary. The swimming pool is just a small water tank.

Nestled in the buzzing area of Candolim, this hotel is the perfect choice for anyone who wants the Goa feels. Close to Candolim beach, the hotel is located in a place where you can get easy access to bikes on rent, famous restaurants and shops. We loved our stay of 3 nights 4 days...special thanks to Manoj at the front desk. He ensured our stay was comfortable and was keen to help us whenever required. A wonderful experience with the staff at Zense- each and every staff member we met was cordial and warm. Would definitely recommend this place for the service, well trained staff , location and the amazing breakfast! Manoj is running the show splendidly! P.s. The rooms are clean and give you good vibes.

Manoj our manager in the resort was extra helpful.He helped us with all basic amneties. He was very helpful in booking a bike for us. Always smiling and ready to help. Awesome hospitality and round the clock housekeeping services. Room was quite cozy and comfortable. In house restaurant serves sumptuous food and breakfast. Guest can also have their favourite drinks by the pool side relaxing in the evening after a day long beach hopping. Overall experience is good.

The nearest beach from the hotel is Candolim beach. It's about 1 km from there. Candolim is on of the cleanest and less crowded amongst the rest. The hotel is total value for money.
Hey. To begin with check-in as early as 4am will definitely be chargeable. The rooms are in really good shape however there's no view as such as there are other buildings side by side. They do have airport pickup option but it's certainly chargeable. All in all its a value for money hotel with excellent location. Its at the middle of main Street from Calangute to agoda. Everything is right at the doorstep- ATMs, scooter rent, restaurants.
