Ours was a fantastic stay, amidst COVID-19 clouds we were given utmost care and attention at the Hyatt Centric, Candolim. Two important things of a hotel stay - Room Comfort & Food, here I would give this hotel 11 out of 10. Efforts of Vivek & Tezab the Housekeeping and FnB bosses, were outstanding! Right from the moment we entered the premises, to each meal wether in room or at the restaurant, the room-stay (provision of requisites as well as going into all details of comfort) and till we finally completed our four nights stay, me & my family were pampered continually. Special Mentions:- 1. Komal at the all day dining restaurant. She sets the bar for 'Service with a Smile', what an asset for the hotel! 2. Hygine Standards maintained in general as well as during the 'Pandemic' deserved an applaude for sure. Provisions for sanitisation were immaculate. 3. General Courtesies extended by the entire hotel staff to the guests was much above the marks, always. Thanks so much Hyatt for this experience.

Nice experience overall. Had been there with my wife during a very odd time when most facilities were closed due to the ongoing second wave of C19. The front desk experience was good and special thanks to Mr. Navdeep for all the help and support. But, since we didn't have much to do due to a lot of facilities being made unavailable as a result of C19 restrictions, we enjoyed the facilties at the GROK restaurant to the fullest. Special thanks to Mr. Ajit from the GROK team for the excellent hospitality. (he suggested we have podi idlis which were the best I have ever had in any restaurant and also packed for us, tasty sandwiches on the day of checkout which was actually not part of our entitlement-nice gesture, I must say). They have a limited food menu but items are prepared to perfection. The quality of food is excellent, not full of masalas and spices. Housekeeping and the security staff also did a great job with their positive attitudes and always greeted us with a smile. To summarise, they focus a lot on service and customer satisfaction and they clearly excel at it. Some things that could have been better.. *Lack of local food options at GROK. *The TV in the room we stayed was at a very awkward angle, almost 90 degrees to my line of sight while on the bed. *Why do we need our room access card to access the lobby/ground floor in the elevators? I just don't get it.

I have carefully noted your feedback on our local food options in our Menu and owing to the current situation, our menu options have been very limited, which otherwise is completely inspired from local options, following Hyatt's Food & Beverage philosophy, Food. Thoughtfully sourced. Carefully served. We do have few rooms as per the layout where our TV's are installed on the side wall, however we did provide an option of adjustable swivel handle to rotate the TV, particularly in these rooms. Concerning your feedback on the elevator access even to the lobby from guest floors is for additional security. Majority of our guests prefer to park their bikes/cars in our basement and tend to take the elevators directly to the guest floor and with this as an option, there are chances of having non-resident guests enter the hotel from basement directly to the lobby from the basement. Following enhanced safety measures, we prefer them enter through our main entrance and only registered guests with valid key cards can access our elevators. While, this process may sound complicated, it is in the best interest of all our guests safety & security. Once again, I am ever so grateful to you for sharing your feedback on this platform. Loved my time here.... very special treatment and the staff specifically Kiran, Ajit, Ruhi and Debarati made our stay special and cherishable. Food is awesome and very authentically prepared. Hotel is following all the COVID appropriate behaviors and all the in-house staff stays at hotel itself. To sum up excellent and warm service! 10/10 to staff

Great place to stay & it’s always a pleasure staying here . Everything was perfect. We enjoyed every moment during our stay. It was a family trip and it was amazing. Staff were helpful & always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable at every point. Special thanks to Chef Praveen for all the yummy & delectable food offerings. Elton, Shivani, Ruhi, Vishal, Naveen, Aditya, Pankaj were fantastic. Tezab as restaurant manager leads the team brilliantly. Kudos to everyone. Chandrakant, Umesh always took Care at the entrance & were the sweetest. Snehal & Vinayak at activity area were very accomdating with all our requests. Thanks to Snigdha for always checking upon us throughout the stay. Truly a great experience. Only feedback we have though is the taste of the food is too South Indian. We feel that kitchen needs an improvement on the taste. P.S - We will have to go to Hyatt Centric Chandigarh to have some delectable food from Chef Praveen.
