Front desk is very rude and absolutely reluctant to help you out or cater to your requests. Breakfast is really bad, no options beyond two items. Phone responses are also very very rude. Definitely do not recommend. They are so confident that they will be able to get away with this kind of behavior and mismanagement. I hope many people sees this and plans their travel and stay accordingly.
The location is good, very near to beach and also not crowded. Rooms are average, complimentary breakfast was very bad. Also we ordered some food from their restaurant as we saw a notice saying 10% discount for the inmates. But they did not give us discount and said we have to have food in restaurant (dine in) to get the discount, which they didn't mention on that notice or even while we ordered.
Worst place ever , no hospitality,shabby rooms and maanager was so rude.I regret booking this hotel and will not recommend any one to book this,if yoy think of booking it,then you will be spoiling your holiday,I have seen manager fightuing with guests and police had been called because of that.
Hi i am Pawan Kumawat One thing which attract me and i am happy to see that was location of this Resort . Walking distance to Candolim beach .For this i will give full marks 5/5 (a) Location is very good (b) View from balcony is good (c) Breakfast food quality is good (d) Pool experience is very good. (e) Market is near by the resort. (f) Rooms are clean. Overall everything is good. One thing i want to give the feedback not treat this as a complain that is Slight more improvement in Cleanness of Room , sufficient support staff and one phone in Room to call at reception . If these three things improve then its rating is 5 out of 5 i.e. excellent . Overall experience is very good. Support staff is cooperative. Definitely i will visit again and recommend to my friends also. Resort enviourment is user friendly.…
Location is good , Candolim beach is 5minute walk Don't select breakfast with room , breakfast quality is very poor, no hygiene Rooms are average Manager is helpful Staff is very helpful n pleasant talking
Stay here march 2020 for 2 amazing weeks with a friend. We Absolutely love it here,the staff are so friendly,are very helpful & were there for you. We would highly recommend staying here,We are now coming back hopefully in nov & can’t wait to go.
I stayed at Silver Sands for 9 days. Loved it. Spacious bright room with balcony and high ceiling. Great attitude of staff - to name just a few - Joseph of Housekeeping, Salim from Kitchen, Mariah and Sailesh at Reception. And the Manager - unfortunately cannot remember his name. I felt comfortable, safe and well looked after. The location is just a large parking lot away frim the beach, and close yet tight distance away from noise of main beach access road. Property is well kept - beautiful trees and flowering plants. 2 points that can be improved: Guests at the pool are stupidly noisy. And internet signal is strong only in lobby area.
The staff was not good. There was no security. The rooms of the hotels was also dirty. Very bad hotel. Dont stay here. They will treat you like a dog. We ordered food to our room and they sent us after 2 hours. The wifi was also not working there. Very very very bad hotel ☹️
Having stayed at different places in Goa, t is the best for location. Staff where excellent and always remembered your name. Food was great. The beach is on your doorstep and very clean. Rooms are a good size and cleaned regularly. We where supposed to be coming this year but have changed to January 2022. See you next year.
Staff was very rude and uncooperative. First of all booked property was under renovation no intimation was shared with any customer. Then we were trf to Silver Sands Serenity and very poor quality premium room was given with water leakage in ceilings, no wifi connectivity in rooms, even bathroom door was not working. Very Bad experience until they finally agreed to shift after a lot of requests. Very bad attitude of reception staff towards customers. Go for this option only if don't have any other option
