With what prices it has charged, worst hotel ever. The service was absolutely bad, the staff was clueless we had to call them four times just to get one thing for which they would take minimum 45 minutes. The breakfast was pathetic in taste and not too many dishes were offered. The irony is that despite this bad breakfast these people had the audacity to charge it for 650 per person where they did not even have one non veg dish. Not only this, but the pool was also too small, the rooms were not well maintained and the house keeping is not up to the mark. The only reason why I'm giving this hotel two stars is because their location was good and their Receptionist Mr.Abhishek was helpful and assisted us well on a certain matter.

We stayed at Acacia for the duration of 5th May to 8th May. We were a group of 4 girls. Pros:- 1)On arrival we got a good news that our superior rooms were upgraded to suites. 2)The suites were very beautiful. 3)Very clean . 4)The staff was polite and good. 5)Walkable from Candolim beach which is very clean. 6)Many shopping options and eateries available nearby. Cons:- 1)From day 2 we did not get hot water in our suite. 2)On repeated complaints to the staff, The staff told us its rectified , but we still did not get hot water. Every day we had cold showers. One day the water supply was disrupted in between bath. We had to call the reception and complain. Food:- 3)The food was very average. 4)The spread is very limited. 5)The refilling of buffet item is slow. 6)On non buffet dinner days, they have a fixed menu, where you can choose one paneer sabji, one veg, one variety of rice, one variety of dal. No different cuisines unless asked for. Desserts are repetitive. All 4 days we had icecream and 2 days icecream with gulabjamun . The counter has lable of pickle and papad but items are missing. 7) There is shortage of staff. There is one manager and 1 chef and 2 waiters. That is what we could make out in our stay as we had to literally wait for someone to attend to or ask about. 8)Also though we had a suite room, the view fro our balcony was kind of shabby. It overlooked an barren area with garbage Overall I would recommend Acacia if one does not include dinner in package. Not sure how the lunch is as we had not included that in our package .

Hotel is a little worn out and needs refurbishment. Location is good but other than that no USP. Breakfast was average and hardly any staff available except one that too not dressed well. In this kind of money many better options available in Goa
