From the property to the staff everything is just amazing. I personally loved the food in both breakfast and dinner buffet especially chilly garlic fish. The staff is generous and friendly. Ms. Pratibha serving in restaurant is really sweet. She will always greet you with a big smile. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay worthy and rememberable.

Excellent ambience, staff is courteous, friendly and accomodating , rooms are spotless and clean. Team at the restaurant under Mr Parvinder namely :Mark, Kanika , Yashoda , Stanford. All the five deserve special mention as they exhibited a step ahead of proffessionalism i.e human approach in their dealing with the guests. Our visit was truely fantastic. Keep up the fine gesture. We recently did a corporate conference at Novotel Candolim and we had a fantastic home away from Home experience. The Reception team Under Azith is superb and handled our check-ins with ease. The restaurant and Banquets team Under Vipin was adaptive to our changes to the agenda and served us with care. Special thanks to Amar who served us well as well as shared the next persons contact before leaving for the day. Great team Please keep up the good work. All the very best guys.
It was a family vacation and We were reached at hotel at 2:30, all were tired and wanted to take rest, we reported at reception but as we know the hotel rules that we will get room at 3pm we waited at lobby of hotel, after 3:30 they asked for another 20 minutes, i said ok...after 30 minit i asked for room they said another 20 minutes we have to wait, after another 30 minits passed i spoke to the senior person of hotel, at 5:30 they provided me the room which is not catagory like i booked.
I came away with a distinct feeling that the experience was not on par with the brand in other destinations. If not an AccorPlus member, I'd hesitate to come here again. I just wish they did something about the ambience as you check in, there's a weird pall of gloom- maybe something to do with the yellowish tiles and decor. The saving grace are the rooms that are quite decent with a satisfyingly large work desk. Breakfast was adequate (but not great), but otherwise the food (a la carte) was completely underwhelming- even the service was average with no regard to requests being made specifically for certain types of diet (request for less salt got us extra salt!). The spa is OK, nothing you can't experience at a similar O2 or Snip (much better) nearby. The bar is managed with a bit of whim, if you're lucky you'll be served well. It is kind of sacrilege to eat at a restaurant within a hotel when in Goa, but since I had a few vouchers, I decided to use them. Clearly, I won't be using any vouchers henceforth, just not worth the experience. I'd advice hopping over to the sister Resort & Spa about a kilometer away- they serve a much better buffet and even the a la carte is much better. And of course, I used my house wine voucher there! Clearly understaffed and some probably still under training and the unit as such probably still reeling from the effects of the pandemic, there were still gaps in basic service and hotel management. Having to reprogram keycards almost everyday (no, they were never stored next to a mobile device!), long wait for a callback from reception, hit or miss fulfilling of dining requests- left a lot to be desired. But if you're looking for a place to just spend the night with daily breakfast and will be hopping in and about town the rest of the day, this could make for a good proposition (if you happen to get a good rate, 4-5K, breakfast inclusive). And yes, the pool is actually good (and long) and there's a separate one for kids which is quite nice actually.…
The room is poorly maintained and you can see old furnitures and equipments which will give a stinking feeling. If you charges exorbitant but don't provide service then hotel management is doing is ethically and professionally doing wrong. Feeling like a B category hotel.
The 5 day stay at Novotel Goa Candolim was a bliss. Every thing was perfect starting from their food to the rooms. The hospitality of the staff requires special mention. Would love to thanks Chef Jagdip for taking so much of care and also the front desk staff who were ready to help with anything at anytime with a smile on their face.
