Nice property close to beach , polite and courteous staff. Rooms are adequately sized but don't expect Greta views. Staff did pretty well managing the weekend rush. Manager Ms. Maira was very helpful and ensured any glitches were resolved. Overall good experience and recommended for budget travelers. Request for ground floor rooms if climbing stairs is an issue. Food is good, the cafeteria has limited seating.Mr. Debojit managed overall show in cafeteria quite well.

Had a bad experience at the Park Inn. Was travelling with my wife during her Birthday and we had made reservations for a sunset dinner, the valet people lost the car key and they made us wait for a hour till we they could search for it. They sent us in a taxi which was smelling and wasn't worth the hassle. Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. Will not recommend.

This is to thank you and your staff for making my stay at the property so wonderful and comfortable. I stayed with you from the 18th to 23rd of June 2022 and the warmth that I got from the hotel staff was incomparable. Right from a warm welcome at the reception desk, by Maira and Ravina who were always asking our well-being. The Food and Beverage staff/team headed by Manindra and Debojit, managed by Asif, Oman, Avinash, Krishna, Vinay, Manish, Raj, Vishwajit and Surojit , Prem, Jiabul, Ankit, Yongendar and Ismail (full of smiles) made our days better. They were all swamped with work but worked tirelessly to our demands (even if a little extreme at times) Last but not least, a special thanks to Shubhokant (House-keeping) who made every return to the room sweeter by styling the room with towel art representing animals, much adored by the kids. I shall surely be coming back soon. Thank you for everything! we booked 2 premium rooms, but due to mistake of hotel staff overbooking we end up getting smaller rooms, 1 room was given next to engineering department of the hotel on ground floor on extreme corner, bad quality of rooms, bathrooms are pathetic, water flowing and flooding in room all the time, we stayed 24 hrs out thinking they will replace our room, but no replacement was done, phone was not working in the room. welcome drink kept at lobby was bad it had only water, you cant call it as welcome drink, linen was stinking too, also on our exit hotel staff made a deal with cabby for commission, local cab driver found that out and cancelled our cab we were late to go to Airport and had struggle finding another cab, this was bad of all possible experience there, i would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. its not a Radisson standard hotel at all, it was a pathetic hotel only good part was food, and chef Mani who was really nice and made out dinner amazing, but even STRICT NO FOR THIS HOTEL, we would never ever book this place again…
