From the moment we checked in we knew this was a great hotel. The staff are so friendly and attentive and they go out of their way to make your stay special. The hotel is spotless and you can smell how clean it is when you enter. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping make sure that toiletries and towels are replaced daily. The infinity pool is amazing with views towards the hills. The location is superb just off the main road so you don't have any noise and around 10 mins to the beach. It is the staff that made our stay so special. Special mention to Dipti, Sandeep and Navath. Cannot recomment highy enough

We as a family visited The Fern Habitat Candolim Goa this january . It is only 100 meters inside from the main road which is highly accesible & is better than the chaos of the main road . Its a beautiful property with amazing big rooms and wonderful services . The view from the room is also very nice . We stayed there for 5 nights and we included breakfast during our stay . I must say that their food & service was outstanding and all 5 days there was a variety they offered for breakfast . It's a brand new property with a wonderful open air terrace restraunt . There is an infinity pool with an amazing view . The Hotel was very clean and had very good service. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay at The Fern Candolim Goa . Hi... I, Pradeep Suri and my 8 school time friends have visited Goa and stayed in this hotel from 09 -13 August 2023. We booked 05 rooms for 04 nights. The location of this hotel in Candolim is very good. The property is very neat and clean. The rooms are very spacious with attached bathrooms, even a big living area hall is also available with 02 rooms. Almost all the latest amenities are available in the rooms and bathrooms. All the staff at Reception, Housekeeping, Room Service, Restaurant, Pool, Gym are very polite and cooperative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant at the time of breakfast are very smiling, welcoming and give excellent service to serve food of our choices. My overall experience in this hotel was excellent. Regards.

Location is great, the hotel is beautiful and well kept with first class amenities. The staff is wonderful and very responsive. During our stay, we called housekeeping were very quick to get us exactly what we needed and were very accommodating and helpful. Same was true for all the staff that we encountered. The morning breakfast is always a treat and we will definitely continue staying at the fern habitat whenever we visit goa .

After having a terrible experience at a different hotel we had booked and checked out just after less then 24hrs and not having any place to go we ended up going to The Fern Kadamba on Panjim Rd based on the fantastic online reviews about the hotel. However, as I was travelling with my family we were looking for hotel with a little more hustle and bustle and close to a beach. As I was having a conversation with Om Kar at the front desk, the Area General Manager for The Fern Hotels in Goa Mr Rajeev Kumar joined in the conversation and suggested we come and view their sister hotel in Candolim called the The Fern Habitat. At first glance at the hotel, the rooms, proximity to beach and town we loved the place and ended up reserving a 3 night stay at the hotel.
I would say from the onset with being received at the front desk we were treated with such professionalism and respect throughout the stay. The staff went over and beyond to cater for all our needs leaving no room to raise any complaint. We booked on a Bed and Breakfast basis only as our aim was explore the surroundings of Candolim and have our lunch and dinner outside the hotel. However, on the first day we decided to try the restaurant dinner and fell in love with the cuisine and ended up having all our meals throughout the stay at the hotel. The food was prepared to our taste and the staff went over and beyond to ensure we had a great time to the extent on the first day of our breakfast I was craving for some bacon which was not on the buffet menu and Polly who heads the Bar and restaurant arranged for some bacon to be cooked for me.
I would like recommend The Fern Habitat to any traveller visiting Candolim as they do leave up to their values of delivering authentic and enriching experiences with minimal impact on the environment. Luxury, elegance, personalised service, and all the contemporary facilities are combined to provide an environmentally friendly hotel. I would be looking to have further stays in their other establishments around the India to get the same experience.
We managed to get hold of only some of the names who we crossed path with and had a pleasure of being looked after who I will try and mention below but it would unfair if I did not thank the entire team, even those we did not cross path but worked behind the scenes, at the Fern Habitat for our most memorable stay in Goa.

We were looked after as we are looked after by our parents at home. Right from check in to check out everything was so courteous and cordial. The smiling and wverhelping staff. The food. The infinity pool and not to forget the floating breakfast at the pool. Special thanks to GM Mr Sandeep Pal for heading such a brilliant team. A courteous mention to Polly sabyasachi and Dipti who made sure we always overate at their restaurants or even room service. Clean bathrooms clean rooms and room service even at 3 am with smiling faces. What more can anyone ask for. Definitely coming back again

My recent stay at your hotel was a colossal disappointment. While the rooms were clean, the service was abysmal—I had to call at least four times just to get a bottle of water. The surroundings are downright pathetic, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. The online booking showed a tariff of INR 10k per night, which is an absolute rip-off for what was offered. The breakfast spread was minimal, with the only decent options being eggs or dosa. Charging INR 10k for such a subpar experience is outrageous; the tariff should not exceed INR 3.5k per night. Major improvements are desperately needed across all aspects of your service and facilities.

I was impress by all the Staff @The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa. We were staying for 5 days and The moment we check in we could see that cordial welcome by all the staff. And the response from the staff was very quick and fast, The location of the Hotel was very easily accessible, We Love the Hotel Swimming Pool, it was very pleasant you can bath and look from the Pool to some part of Candolim Beach. And Yes the Hotel has Two Restaurant We love the One at Roof top, and the other one was too good too whereby you can enjoy your morning herculean breakfast. Over all I would really recommend my friend to check this Hotel. 5 ***** Thank You Pradeep Sir, and all the Staff. Would love to visit Goa and the Fern Habitat again.

we stayed in the winter green room . pls be advised tht these rooms come wth a common hall room which in some cases you would share wth any other set of ppl . the winter green room shud mention occupancy more clearly.the person at the reception was very warm n welcoming only for one day once i had a concern wth the room he dint recognise me. ms pooja at the reception was very rude. she failed to understand that a customer mite not knw her hotel policies as well as she did and she had to make sure she handled the issue more politely. i have always enjoyed all my stays at fern except this one only bcause of one person. but still i will recomend this place as the rooms are very clean n well maintained. I have stayed in many fern properties earlier and this too is upto the mark fern has set. food in the restaurant was good . ambience of the restaurant is very nice as it is at thd roof top. breakfast could be better. room service was also good. they have ample parking n location is just perfect
