We recently stayed at Regenta central imperial, Candolim, ,Goa for 6 nights & 7 days in one of their Junior suite rooms. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with some room for improvement.
Pros:
The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a cozy sitting area.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to famous beaches ie Candolim,Calangute,Baga, Anjuna etc. and forts ie Aguada, Sinquerium, Chapora.
Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.
The amenities like the pool, kids play area , and lounge were well-kept and added to the overall experience.
Cons:
The bathroom was very, very small, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use, especially for an extended stay.
There were many mosquitoes in the room during the evening and night, which was not ideal. Better pest control and mosquito nets on the balcony and on the bed would be appreciated.
The hotel provided RO water instead of bottled water. It would have been better if they offered 2 complimentary bottled waters per day for added convenience.
A hair dryer and iron were not provided in the suite itself. Although they were available on request, it would have been more convenient to have them in the room.
A Smart TV should have been provided in the suite for more entertainment options, especially for a longer stay.
An oven or microwave should have been included in the suite, as it would have made things much easier for us, especially since we were staying with an infant.
Despite these issues, I had a generally comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily provide a 5-star experience. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Pathetic Hotel rather a Dharmshala is better than this. pathetic food , wrong commitments, no one is recommended to stay here. Parking spce is too less and messy very difficult to park the vechile. Romms are stinky. Even cot is not provided to kids even though extra charges were taken from customers 2 months before while booking. Menu cards were not in the rooms for ordering food whem asked the hotel personnel said that we are having shortage of the same.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Full five star experience with all sorts of luxury. Rooms are huge and spacious with all sorts of amenities one can ask for. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic with 24 hrs hot water. They provided us with shampoos, lotions, paste, toothbrush etc. Breakfast experience is unrivaled with all sorts of items. Lunch and dining experience is awesome. Taste is excellent. Staff behaviour is very much down to earth with everyone willing to help. Location is also perfect. Overall i would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Rooms are nice with an ambient view Only faced an issue in the night when the AC started leaking and the room was all wet The hotel is situated in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the vibrant life of Goa. The staff is very helpful. Whatever you need will be there in a few mins. Dining is good and comes with lots of options. Food is excellent and place is very luxurious. If anybody planning to have food here, i suggest dinner is the good choice if you concerned about price and lunch if you need more food items. Total 8 nos rooms booking done. Hot water in bathroom was not available in morning in all 8 rooms. Due to software issues electronic door locking system faced lot off problem & wasted valuable time . Staff behaviour was good & receptionist staff is polite but they found helpless due to technical issues.
