Location, location is one of the best in Candolim as it is right next to the beach, just have to walk across the car park. This hotel is mainly for Indian guests but we were made to feel very welcome. Stayed January for 10 days. We stayed in room 303 top floor facing the pool, room was very big with lovely big bed. Bathroom was fair with a walk in shower (not all rooms have this). Good size balcony with 2 chairs but no table. Some of the rooms are very tired and worn but the room we had was one of the better ones. Room did have a TV but no English channels (bit disappointing). Breakfast was Indian or fruit and eggs. We used the restaurant a couple of time for dinner and the food was very good. Pool was cold clear and kept very well we enjoyed using it after a hot day on the beach, much better than most pools we have used in Candolim. The best part of the stay was the staff, very friendly and helpful. Would we stay again? Yes

The resort is located at a walking distance of 5 mins to the Candolim Beach. We stayed in the family suite which had 2 king size beds and 2 washrooms. Very comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The room had a balcony with a little sea view. Rooms and nice and spacious.
Our package included breakfast. The restaurant staff were kind enough to make some porridge for my baby when requested. Just don't expect too much as they have a fixed menu for breakfast. On two days they did lay a limited buffet for bfast but most of the time the food was cold.
Lots of restaurants are available right outside the resort. Outside food is not permitted inside the resort.
If your looking for a basic neat and clean place to stay with the beach close by this is a good option. We had a nice stay with no issues.

Considering a newly opened resort and we being the first guest of the hotel gives us pleasure to write a review about the property. Settled nearby Candolim Beach, the property throws a positive vibes once you enter the lobby which helps your second thoughts about the property to disappear. The impromptu assistance of the staff make you feel good and welcome. The rooms are situated at ground and first level with well built balcony which are cosy and comfortable for a family of 4. You will find all the necessary amenities in the room which you generally find in a star hotels. The swimming pool is big enough to have a pool party or a gathering of 20-30 people. The resort has a restaurant name 7 Spices where our breakfast was served. As the restaurant is still settling up they managed to serve us 3 breakfast items with tea/coffee. Full points to the chef as the taste was amazing which also like by my 3 yr old daughter. The server was very gentle and polite who attended us. However being a new property there were minute teething issues which I am sure will be taken care once the resort is fully operational. Candolim Beach is just a walkable distance which is a major USP of the property. Baga and Calangute market and beaches are hardly 10 mins from the resort. Bluebell Resort ticks all the brackets which we looks for a family resort and without any hesitation the resort will always be my first option for my stay on my visits to Goa.

The photos of this place certainly flatter . I took a picture of my grotty room but it looked so much better than it was so deleted. 4 of us arrived and were a bit dismayed in the reception area worn out seating no aircon and dirty painted walls. Wooden panel replacing original not painted where electrical work had been done noisy fan and fridge stained sheets. The toilet flusher kept falling of as damaged . Pool bar not open actually had very very limited drinks we had to send them out to the shops to get some which they tried charging the whole lot of drink to us even though they had the drink ! My friends complained late at night and we got a night free small consolation. The breakfast choice was very small mainly Indian style which did not look very appealing at all you had to ask for eggs and toast and milk. It was in a good location but that us about it . We had arrived from Palolem Beach in which we stayed in.huts much more comfortable than this hotel .if you can find nowhere else then maybe

We landed by chance at this newly renovated property and a wee bit skeptical as we had a 4 year old but boy what a surprise! This greek style resort is what you need when you want to stay close to the beach and have a comfortable room too. This boutique resort ticks all boxes. Candolim Beach is just about 5 mins away from the hotel. Rooms are tastefully done with comfortable mattress, central cooling and hot water 24 hours. The hotel had just launched so be ready for minor issues but those can be easily ignored. The front desk and other staff are very helpful and very quick to assist. The resort has their own restaurant 7 spices where we had breakfast. Although, limited options which is understandable considering the hotel wasn’t fully launched, the taste and ambience was amazing. Lunch and Dinner wasn’t an issue as there are loads of shacks and restaurants in the next lane. I have stayed at other properties, however, I always look for hotels next to the beach and Bluebell will now be in my list.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The services were highly disappointing. We stayed there for 5 days and got the same breakfast almost everyday which wasn't even fresh. We all came back with an upset stomach. We had to call them several times from the room to even get water. The staff was so so bad. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing was good there neither the staff members nor the food. Names of the staff members are - Mr. Suraj Kumar, Mr. Nandu and Mr. Vishnu, Mr. Anoop.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the day we checked in we wanted to check out booked through Agoda and they didn’t want to know sadly we had to pay before we travelled or we would have walked away It was more like a doss house than a deluxe hotel we were shown 3 rooms and one was as bad as the other The hotel was filthy and the pool was never cleaned all the time we were there I wouldn’t even let a dog stay in it avoid at all costs

1. Very close to Candolim beach - literally 1 min walk to beach! 2. Great swimming pool 3. Comfortable rooms 4. Fairly decent breakfast (included a few kid-friendly options as well) 5. Parking available right besides the property
Restaurant opening time (morning) can be shifted to an earlier time at-least for tea/coffee.
