During our monsoon trip to Goa, we visited Holiday Inn for a meal. Naval from Banquets came forward and met us. He understood our requirement and arranged a lovely canopy by the pool. Thank you for the hospitality. We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by Chef Brian. The pesto spaghetti was par excellence. Arshad from the Coffee Shop took care of our orders. Booked Holiday Inn after a thorough research and overall not disappointed. The property is excellent and very well maintained. Our room faced the pool and it was nice and spacious. Only glitch was that the exhaust in the washroom did not work and nobody came to check/repair despite raising the issue. The other amenities were good and the staff was very courteous. From check in till check out, the process was very smooth. Breakfast was amazing on both days we stayed. The spread was luxurious and I had a few chef recommendations which turned out to be delicious. In room dining and in-room service overall is where the hotel needs to improve a lot. We had a bad experience on almost every occasion we called someone to the room. We either had a missing item from our order, or the food was delayed, or the person concerned never showed up! :) Nevertheless, if you are staying here, there is a small corridor right opposite the hotel which takes you to the beach (5 min walk). The guy next to the hotel (Willy) provides cars and scooties on rent. Seemed like a reliable guy. We got a car for 2 days and it was pretty smooth dealing with him. The hotel's pool area is one of the best I have experienced anywhere. Overall good stay, just ruined a bit by some inexperienced staff.…

I had a very good experience at Holiday Inn Candolim . The staff was very nice and helpful. Abhishek at the Reception gave us a very pleasant and comfortable room. The housekeeping staff is also very helpful. I recommend this hotel as best for stay in north Goa. Good luck team Holiday Inn.

Beautiful stay! Had Gone to Goa Holiday Inn Condolim frm 14 to 17th June to Celebrate Friends 50th Birthday. Though the start with this hotel was not good where they didn't respond properly for a surprise birthday party to be arranged ther inspite of several calls at Hotel wch they kept on forwarding. Other than that Hotel Holiday inn Condolim is a perfect place to stay in North Goa. It has close proximity to all nice joints .The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful. Ankita, Poornima and the Bar Men Manish were always available with smiling face.

Well spent 4 nights here, with family of 3. Had an amazing time during my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located within reaching distance of Calangute, Aguada and Baga beach. There are plenty of eating options both inside the hotel as well as outside. First of all: I would like to call out Abhishek for a smooth checkin - including an upgrade from base category room to a suite room. The upgrade was a no hassle process. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread of items, including a wide spread of freshly cut fruits, assortment of pastries and cakes. Loved live counter etc. you can even ask the staff the pack some of the breakfast items for your day trip around Goa. Would like to specifically call out Chef Shibiraj for his amazing hospitality and giving us a good company while at the breakfast table and taking care of our needs. The rooms were super clean, with fresh linens replaced everyday. I have a chronic neck condition that requires me to use an orthopaedic pillow. However the bed and pillow provided were super comfortable and I felt asleep in no time, and woke up really relaxed and rejuvenated. The complimentary wifi is good enough for casual browsing and for voice calls. Video calls stutter very badly. Holiday Inn Candolim will definitely be my first choice of stay the next time whenever I am in Goa, Kudos to the team and extremely thankful to Mr. Chatterjee GM who was through gentleman and was ready to help guest for their all need. A lovely hotel with a great staff. Good location. Had a relaxed holiday. The rooms are impeccably clean . The sit outs in the balcony are a great value addition. The buffet breakfast spread had a wide variety of selection and was yummy. Restaurant staff is very welcoming and cordial. Would definitely recommend.

My family vacation in Goa and stay in Holiday Inn Goa Candolim has been an amazing experience. All the areas of hospitality has been at a very high standard, right from cheking in, stay, room services, restaurant services, check out. Excellent property, just walking distance from beach, clean and spacious rooms. Food at the restaurant is good. Stayed with family for 3 days and had a wonderful time in the nice pool and enjoyed the good food at the restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and is worth trying. All in all, it was a very positive and relaxing vacation.
