How delighted we were with our choice of the Country Inn and Suites in Candolim. The hotel itself is stylish and distinctive, blending the Indo-Portuguese with every modern facility. The location is excellent, just moments from the main road with its shops and other facilities and a very minutes’ walk from the beach and from places of historic interest.
We cannot speak too highly of the staff at reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping, maintenance and security. They are attentive, courteous, welcoming, friendly, prompt and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay enjoyable and to make their guests feel truly welcome.
As others have written, the restaurant offers a very wide choice of absolutely delicious dishes, predominantly Indian, from various regions, but also some from neighbouring countries and some Western.
The restaurant staff, both in the kitchen and the waiters, are certainly to be congratulated on their skill and level of service and their attentiveness. They take the trouble to get to know their guests, remembering their preferences but also come to your table to tempt you with additional dishes freshly ready from the kitchen.
All deserve our compliments, but special thanks are due to the sous-chef, to the waitress whom we saw mostly at breakfast and to the waiters Sandeep and Radhe.
It was a thoughtful and kind touch to bring us a specially baked and decorated cake on our last evening to wish us “Bon Voyage” and to gather round for group photographs on our last evening — thoughtful and kind, but also typical of the quality of experience which we enjoyed throughout our stay.

I visited on my wedding anniversary in the month of November. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered welcome drink. In order to make my day special, Hotel staff upgraded my room to Deluxe Suit :) without any extra cost, also decorated the room with bookey and served very tasty cake . The room was very big and view from the room was quite relaxing. Bathroom was very big and Bed was quite comfortable. Initially TV was not working due to connection problems which they quickly followup with technician and resolved it within 10mins The pool was very big and clean, also the greenery inside the resort was very good. Its worth to spend quality time inside pool. Regarding food, Breakfast was very good, had lots of options to eat. However i think dinner menu can increase the variety in the menu.
Lastly i want to thank the Staff for making our stay memorable, Totally Recommended for relaxing and peaceful stay :) :)

Just arrived back from 2 weeks of bliss at this amazing hotel, it is set back approximately 3 mins from the main road and 10 mins so benefits from no noise at all. Every part of my stay at this hotel has been nothing short of amazing.
The rooms overlook the beautiful pool area which has a grill and bar area, and is surrounded by palm trees and gardens which always seem to have gardeners working on them to keep them in great condition. There are sunbeds around the pool and there are always staff around to look after you. The room was great, the beds are so comfortable and housekeeping worked so hard in keeping our room spotless.
Breakfast was outstanding, amazing choice of Indian and international foods, so many staff who were so attentive and friendly. We ate by the poolside on a couple of occasions and the food was again outstanding.
Whilst the hotel itself, and its facilities are great, what really does set this hotel apart from the rest has to be the team, the service that me and my family have received has been exceptional, every single member of this hotel team that we met was extremely friendly, smiley, attentive and really went out of their way to ensure that we were having a great experience, and if they could do anything else for us, they really are amazing, and whilst its difficult to remember everyones name, or single out individuals there were a couple of guys that stood out.....Sandeep was outstanding, always helpful, chatty and his attention to detail was great, the Executive Chef always ensured he came over to check how our food was and again see if he could do anything for us, Amar who looked after us around the pool...again excellent but like I said....everyone was outstanding.
Overall, this was an amazing holiday, and Country Inn was one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and most definitely the best service I have ever received consistently whilst on holiday.
Very sad to leave, but looking forward to going back next year.

Visted the hotel after the nation wide lockdown in November. Things have slowly started to pick up in Goa and thats a great thing. This hotel is situated very close to the candolim beach. Walkable distance.
We arrived at the hotel by 9am and it was really sweet of Mr. Prakash to give us an early check in. The hotel has sanitizers at quite a few spots. All staff members wear their masks at all times. House keeping is done very well and we always slept in clean sheets and had fresh towels. The breakfast hall seemed crowded but was well organised by the floor manager. Property is maintained with absolute high standards. Now coming to a few negatives at the hotel. If you are a vodafone user it will be a really tough task for u to find network in the hotel especially your rooms. Our phones were generally on “no service” or just searching for network. The Wifi does work but it would be great to have routers or boosters in the corridors at intervals. The television hardly has any channels. Just a few free ones. We paid a sum of 9k a night including taxes that is just bed and breakfast as the rest of the amenities are not functional during covid.
All in all we had a great stay at the hotel & would like to thank the entire team at country inn for the fantastic hospitality.

I stayed in Country Inn & Suites, Candolim Goa with my family from 03/02/2020 to 07/02/2020. The Stay was comfortable and meets the requirements of the family, couples and solo travellers.The hotel is located near the Candolim (1 km) and Senquerium beach (2 km),Fort Aguada is within 5 kms. Also Calangute and Baga beach are not too far and easily accessible if you hire a bike or car which are easily available just outside the hotel. The market street is at walking distance where lots of restaurants are there where one can hang out and local shops for shopping.There are two restaurants in the hotel one near pool side and other in the hotel where one can opt for meals (lunch/dinner) which are payable, buffet breakfast is complimentary where you have many options to eat. Spa services are also available and charges are at par with Spa available outside. The Staff is very courteous, overall satisfied with the Stay at Country inn. I would recommend to stay at Candolim in North Goa if you want a slight peaceful place rather than the crowdy place of Baga and Calangute area.

We three couples booked 3 double rooms for six nights 26 Feb-4 Mar 21 on MAP basis by Smart corner. On booking.com it is said 5 star hotel, after our stay and overall experience, it's no more than a 3 star hotel. Food was good because of chef Saha. The ambiance of the hotel looks like a 3 star hotel. Lounge, reception and corridors are not air-conditioned. The furniture's are very old, garden and lawns not maintained. Tea/ coffee sachets in the rooms are of very low quality, coffee sachets have written a price of Rs 1.20/- . We three couples informed them about our wedding anniversaries, but no courtesy shown by the hotel even after reminding them last day in advance by our booking agent Smart corner. Few days not got hot water in washroom in evening. The toiletries were not sufficient for first two days. Washroom slippers were given after two days after reminding them. The staff was too rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am an international traveler, visited more than 35 countries in Europe, America, Canada, Asia but never had such a bad experience. Sorry to say, but it's truth. I am a regular member on Travel talk on Facebook.

A must visit if you want to spend time with family or couples to unwind in this unlocking phase of lockdowns. Trust me from the minute I checkedin to the hotel and bid adieu, I did not see a single face upset or disappointed. There were smiles on a 6 month old, just married couples and families. I truly believe if you have the right team, it makes the stay most memorable. While you have your privacy you will see the staff welcoming and greeting you everywhere. I have observed hotel staff who care only for few selected guests. But this is the best place to ensure every bit you paid or will pay is an investment towards your joy and good memory. I observed every single guest is genuinely taken care without any avenda. Prompt action and serve to spread care and joy. Tips : Meet Nirmal at the reception desk who will ensure your stay is most comforting with his prompt actions. If your stay is for a special occassion he will enable your rooms to be decorated ( charges apply obviously). You may meet Shivam who excels in superseding your expectations for the occassion with lovely decor. If you want a special dish ask for Exec Chef - Bidyut Saha who has the wonderful team. Meet Ashish at the restaurant whose prompt solutions makes your day at the breakfast table and Prashant will ensure this. If you dining by the poolside Saroj and Soumya will ensure you are fed and served nicely. Trust me I am bad with names. It is only due to their work and actions that carved a memory in my mind so these names worth mentioning here.

The property is located slightly on the inner side of the main Candolim road, 3 min walk. 7-8 min walk from the beach and the main buzzing market place. This is also the reason for it being a quiet place away from the main road traffic. All rooms are surrounding a wonderfully maintained garden which also houses the swimming pool. Because of the garden and warm weather, there were mosquitoes in our ground floor rooms. We had mosquito repellant machines and the housekeeping boy would also spray daily to keep them away. Cleanliness at the hotel could be improved. Some of the staff are very courteous and a few are a bit laid back. But that’s ok, I wasn’t in the room all day to talk to them. Special mention about the Security staff at the entrance of the hotel - they are true champions. Warm, courteous and hold good conversation. At the entry to hotel, the security welcomes guests with a pleasant “namaste”, folded hands and a broad smile. “May I know your name, Sir?” And with the name, “I’m pleased to welcome you” Isn’t that marvellous? Each time in and out of the hotel, they greet. They are attentive and caring. Breakfast spread is good and it is better to reach the restaurant during the initial opening time to avoid rush. I didn’t attend the lunch or dinner at the hotel, so can’t comment. There is a Kerala Ayurvedic Spa in the hotel for body massage. No cross-gender massage here. For the first time I got a massage from a boy. It was surprisingly good. He knew the pressure points well.
Overall, it was a magnificent experience at the hotel.

We visited Goa in early March and stayed at Country Inn suites by Radisson. Our stay was pleasant, the property is beautiful and very well maintained. Appreciate the fact that it is not on the main road hence saved us from traffic noises and too much crowd. The staff was extremely courteous starting from the gatekeeper to the bellboy, reception staff and restaurant staff. The restaurant was nice and food was amazing, it was like everything tasted perfect, be it breakfast or dinner. I would like to do a special mention of Dipti, she took really good care of us at the restaurant, would greet us with a smile every time and helped us eagerly. She even got us a parting dessert. Our room was spacious and well lit. The bed was comfortable. Though housekeeping shall do quality check, as the hand towels were missing, and there was no place to hang them when they arrived also the kettle area had ants there. The surfaces could use a little more cleaning. The pool and area around it was clean, you can order drinks while the pool. Overall I would recommend this place for someone who wants to have relaxing time in heart of North Goa.

The breakfast buffet is extensive has great options for vegetarians. During our stay The chef and restaurant team were very attentive and took care of a special request efficiently. We had booked the hotel and received confirmations from them via reservations@ciscandolimgoa.in and probably you can write to them for assistance. Hope this helps
Yes. You can stay here with your family. The location is very convenient, close to the beach. Food is good but the rooms and overall efficiency of the staff leaves room for a lot of improvement.
There are more places to choose from in the Candolim area.
