Well, I changed 3 rooms because my room mate was crazy about the perfect view. A shout out to Melvin ( front desk), he is immensely patient, and he only and only smiled and took care of all out requests, awesome food, beautiful view, clean pool and rooms, warm water to bathe all the times, very polite and courteous staff. Melvin made sure that all our requests are acknowledged and fulfilled. Professional and courteous.

A special shout out to Siddhartha Neogi ( front desk) sweet and humble, he made sure that even if it's 10-11 at night, guests are greeted properly and everyone is taken care of.

And thanks to Adit as well, we didn't have to pick up any of our luggage even once, the welcome drink with a big smile on his face..

Definitely a worth it trip.
I would always recommend to go and stay at Acron Regina, the kitchen staff is so helping and address all your requests.

And thanks to Razak, Tapas and many more...

If I remember the name of these many staff, it means that every single person made an everlasting impression.

Thank you for all the hospitality and protection, girls.... You go and stay here, I can assure , ever second will be memorable.

During our stay some repair work was going on in the hotel.Our afternoon naps were continuously disturbed due to the drilling sound.Despite of requesting them for delaying the work for 2 hours,they did not bother to stop.
Though after complaining directly at the reception they were willing to shift our room to someother floor.
They shouldn't be providing rooms on the floors where continous repairing was required

P.S : Daya from the housekeeping department was always on toes to provide help.
Anand from the culinary deprtment prepared delicious food

Suggestion : Clean and fresh swimming pool water will make the experience all the more better

We stayed in this Resort to celebrate the New Year Eve as suggested by one of our friend who stayed here. We were bit scared due to the present pandemic scenario but the Resort is well maintained and all the Rooms were sanitized and Hygienic.
31st Dec Buffet Dinner was too huge with multicuisine food option and Live food preparation counter.
Front Desk Manager Lakshya helped us to plan our sight seeing places and his entire Team is very helpful and polite and Sovum from Bar was very active and friendly.
Few suggestions to the Management-
Wifi speed need to be improved.
24 hrs room service must be available for inhouse Guest.
Fridge and Locker is basic requirements in a Hotel Room thou you all have a Locker facility in Reception Area.
We will definitely suggest other friends and family and will visit again.

We visited with a group of 5 friends, all girls. The first impression was such a dampener. Things were a bit weird from the start. Once Scarlet, the sales person who was dealing with me on email disappeared after making false promises, things started to fall apart. Welcome drink was served as an apology once we check in the rooms, gifts that assured us of during the booking were nothing but 5 foil wrapped handmade and crumbled chocolates in a shabby paper bag. The housekeeping staff came to the room to explain things that should have been explained to us at the reception. Our rooms as promised by Scarlet earlier were not adjacent so of course that spoilt the impression at the very beginning. The AC stopped working mid night in one of the rooms while the hand faucet kept leaking. The breakfast was not upto the mark. The pool was closed way early than we expected so no gun there too. Last but not the least, we had asked Scarlet that we needed a late checkout but of course it felt we were begging on the last day. So two girls to spend their afternoon outside in sunny and hot weather because the hotel chose to not give us a late checkout. Overall, I am never recommending or coming back ever. Anyone listening at ITC?

Dear Ms. Nazia, Thank you for your feedback. Contrary to your version, the hotel did everything in its power to assist you and your friends with your requirements. Allow me to clarify some facts: The welcome drink was a part of your room package. As your group arrived late in the evening, the check-in was done quickly and being female guests the welcome drink was served in the room, to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Whatever communication transpired between you and our Salesperson Scarlet during the booking period has been sent to you on the Booking Confirmation Voucher; no objections were raised after receiving the Confirmation Voucher from your end. The Welcome Gift is decided by the management and most of our guests have appreciated the praline chocolates, as they are made fresh in our own bakery at the site. As you booked 1 room on triple occupancy out of the two, the Housekeeping team placed the extra bed and the amenities for the 3rd Occupant which is a standard process in most hotels. Since we were running back to back high occupancy positions most of the time during your stay period, the hotel still managed to give both the rooms on the same floor and close by. As per our record, we have not received any complaints regarding the Air Conditioner or Health faucet from any of your rooms during your stay. The same rooms have been occupied by other guests since and no complaints have been received. The rooms have also been checked by our teams, based on your feedback. The breakfast spread is one of our USPs and our chefs are available in the restaurant to meet with guests and take feedback. Again, in this case, as well we did not receive any feedback during your stay, or else our chefs would have been happy to fulfill your needs, wherever possible. Late check-out is subject to availability. On your request to the front desk, the team informed your group that we were running full, and offered 1 room till noon which was possible as per the arrival movement for that day. But both the rooms checked out close to 12 pm only. Once you all came back, the front desk team offered the spa room to get refreshed, and ironing facilities were also made available at the lounge on your request. The first day we got to the hotel they charged us 6000 rupees for a New Year Party we didn't want to attend. Breakfast is not that great, toasters don't work, they have the same fruits that are sour every day and most of it runs out very quickly. You have to call every day for a room clean, they don't replace bathroom items until asked for. Reception does not pick up the phone from the room they say they are too busy to pick up. Located way to inside away from the beach, there is no good view either. Overall PLEASE don't stay here.

We have gone through the details of your stay with us and would like to make some clarifications .As per our records you stayed with us for 6 nights from 27th Dec 2020 to 2nd Jan 2021 & your hotel booking was made through an online travel agency (OTA). The confirmation voucher issued to you at the time of booking, by the OTA , clearly mentions the New Year dinner rate which has to be paid at the hotel at the time of Check-in. However, on arrival at the hotel, you refused to pay & insisted on speaking to the General Manager of the Hotel. I spoke to you on the phone and connected you with your OTA who also confirmed the New Years dinner charges as per your booking. You then paid the amount due but as a gesture to a valuable client we offer you a special breakfast credit which you could avail in lieu of the New Years Dinner, if you so wished, which was acceptable to you at the time. Our breakfast menu has a large spread catering to tastes of guests from all over. My service team and I met you during your stay at meal time/s, however we never received any adverse feedback about the food then. Our chefs would have been happy to serve meals suiting your palate. Everyday we cater to over 250 guests during breakfast and all guests use the same toasters placed in restaurant. We have checked internally & our reviews find no complaints for faulty toaster logged in with our team by any guest/s. We have scheduled timings for cleaning of occupied room/s. Despite this and the high occupancy rates during the time, our housekeeping team obliged and met your requests to have your room cleaned and sheets changed every morning of your stay. While we are not a beach front hotel and do not advertise the same, many of our guests have appreciated the proximity to Candolim beach (10 minutes walk to the beach) & convenient location to nearby shopping areas, bars and restaurants, etc. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to hotel guests to & fro Candolim beach. I would like to suggest for your next visit kindly book our Luxury or Suite category room which offers pool & landscape view in lieu of base category deluxe room which offers village view. This is by far the best place I have stayed. I often travel to Goa for business and leisure, stayed here for the first time and never felt like going back. Rooms are really good, marble flooring and wooden interiors gives you homely feeling, Gopal at the pool is too sweet, Debashish helped us a lot by suggesting good place to go around. All the staff are ever smiling and assisting specially ladies at front desk and guys serving outside the restaurant in open area. Breakfast gets crowded by 10 am, preferable to eat before 09 am. Surely a stay at this place whenever you visit Goa

My third time staying at the Regina, really nice hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has multiple choices and all tasted really good, I would recommend getting their dosas - the best I’ve had.

Our room was super nice, with a big comfy bed and we had a great view from the balcony. You can get your room cleaned everyday if you wish, with fresh towels and bottled water beside the bed it’s a nice little touch.

In a great location, close to the Main Street and the beach - the beach shacks are great fun and a lovely way to spend the day in Goa and watch the sunset.

I would highly recommend staying at the Regina!

I am writing this email as your old customer of Acron candolim, Goa. I stayed in your hotel or I think three of four or five years back and I think during that time the Acron was under ITC group and the service of the hospitality was absolutely five-star and we really had a great stay and during that time period my brother also visited the he also state and he suggested us only that you know Acron is a great place to stay and that's why we have booked to book this hotel this time after this is the first vacation which we are having after Covid and we booked acron, goa for five days and the first two days my brother actually gifted us the stay and we actually prepone our stay for two days in Acron. earlier we were planning to stay in stay at Acron for only three days but we prepone our plan and we thought we will try to stay in Acron for five days but in two days I was so disappointed with the hospitality with the services with the room cleaning us with you know the service the breakfast spread or you know I can you actually point out the very minute things like you know the room was stinking though when I asked for the laundry bag for the housekeeper he was giving me a black polythene which was which I think even not the 2star or oyo rooms doesn't even offer, I don't even offer they also do have a laundry bags with them and the room or the bathroom was stinking so badly earlier when we stayed in Acron goa, in the breakfast spread was so good so good and that's why we booked the acron because you know last time when I visited the Acron in the breakfast so good it was so nice and it was great you know I don't need to go by outside and I can you do I have to order something for my breakfast but this time we actually had a breakfast outside we had a little food in the hotel because there was not so much of things which we are actually looking at we were expecting and I can't even sleep for two days the days which I have spent in the hotel and I am really sorry and I am really disappointed for you know the services and hospitality which you guys are giving to your clients as your own customers and that's why you know that was the reason why we booked the another hotel which was booked for the even leaving the money which was not refunded. I asked Acron over a call And the team that if you can refund the money and we can book somewhere else they said you know it's to the last day has already been sent you we can't refund money to you and you know we were we were so frustrated and we were so pissed off with the services in hospitality at the hotel and the services and the atmosphere of the hotel so with that we actually booked another hotel for these days, without any being getting any refund of the hotel we left the hotel so you can imagine what was the level of our own disappointment so I am the only request is that you know if you really wanted to keep your customers with you I think the service on the hospitality needs to be really at par and I would the last request I would raise is that you know if you can refund at least whatever the amount the best amount which you guys can refund to us that would be great because you know still I think that could be the last good impression which you can leave at your customer.

Dear Mr.Vinod, We thank you for sparing time to review us. Our endeavor is to provide memorable experiences to our guests here at Acron Candolim Regina. Contrary to your version, the hotel did everything in its capacity to assist you with some suggestions. Allow me to clarify some facts: You had done two separate reservations for your 5-night stay with our hotel, first reservation was for 2 nights and another for 3 nights. As you have made deluxe room reservation, at the time of check-in time, you requested for a luxury room, adhering to request, our front office team upgraded you to a luxury room with very minimum supplement cost. On completion of your first booking stay period, you came to the reception with your luggage and informed the reception team that you want to check-out. The reception team checked with you the reason for your early check-out as you had made another reservation for stay for next 3 days. You informed the concerned duty manager, Ms. Alisha, that you didn’t want to continue the stay with us as you had already made reservation with some other hotel. You mentioned to front office team that the room had some smell & breakfast was not upto your expectation and requested to refund the money. Ms. Alisha, offered you a room change option but you did not accept the same. We make it a point to take feedback regularly from our guests during their stay. Ongoing through our records, during the days of your stay we have not received any feedback from you on any of the concerns raised, which would undoubtedly have had very quick remediation, as applicable. After your check-out, when our House-Keeping manager called & asked you as to why you had not raised your concern during the stay period, you replied that you didn’t want to complain & hence you had not informed about your concerns pertaining to the stay to anyone. We have scheduled timings for cleaning of occupied room/s. Despite this and the high occupancy during your stay period, our housekeeping team obliged and met your requests to have your room cleaned and even at that time you had not shared your concern regarding the room smell. As our hotel is having consistently high occupancy, the room you stayed had been occupied by other guest before & after your stay period and we did not receive any concern from them regarding smell in the room. I am sure you agree that food is a highly subjective topic. While a majority of our guests have complimented us on the quality and variety of food on offer, especially during breakfast and various other formats, the breakfast spread & quality is one of our USPs. We do try our best to delight all our guests every time. Our Chefs make it a point to try and meet as many guests as possible at the restaurant to take feedback and make changes in the buffet menu wherever possible or even prepare a dish especially for them. Had you shared your feedback at the restaurant, I am sure they would have been happy to try and accommodate any requests you may have had. With regards to your refund request, we wish to inform that the confirmation voucher issued to you at the time of booking, by the OTA clearly mentions that the reservation is a non-refundable and non-cancelable booking, so next time we encourage you to please make the stay reservation directly with us to get best deal. We are having excellent stay in the hotel with two rooms 1114 & 1115. This hotel is situated near the walking distance from candolim beach where as central location of this place in candolim makes it best option to stay. We stayed here for three nights. Though a small swimming pool but happy the kids like it. Only the weak points of this premises is meals . This property doesn’t have much options in breakfast and cutlery is always short. My suggestion stay for 1 or 2 Nights is good but if more days than not suitable .

We stayed for 3 nights in Luxury Pool facing rooms, The rooms were large, quite clean and nicely maintained. The resort has a nice swimming pool & is quite clean. Good Breakfast spread and quite a lot of options if you go for ala-carte menu.
The resort is just 10 minutes walkable distance, we recommend you to take a scooter so that you can ride the lanes of Goa, visit different restaurants & places of interest.
Sunny at the restaurant, The Chef of the restaurant always helped us with small things. Gopal at the pool was a nice guy & was always at the Pool ensuring everything is kept perfect.
Overall it was a nice experience based on the cost that we paid them as compared to my other experiences in 5 star hotels in Goa.

The Rooms are available facing the pool, I personally feel that you can opt for the rooms in building other that the reception building... it has a clear view of the pool...but as there are some plants and grass also just ahead of the sitting/balcony area so, mosquitoes will be there too. You can opt the same.

The answer posted by another Traveller is perfect. One thing I may add here is that happy hour extends to one hour only, 7 to 8 pm.one has to organize for snacks in any case. On the whole One is bound to have absolutely enjoyable time in relation to food and drinks,at the hotel.

No entertainment program as such, but it has beautiful pool side sitting.. Kids can play in the kids zone...

"If you have kids below 6yrs, you wont need any extra mattress as the bed are large and you can easily accommodate 3 members on the bed. "
