Delightful stay in a quiet spot within easy reach (on foot) of shops, restaurants and beach. We had just a short stay (4 nights) but we were made to feel part of “the family”. Many of guests had been back regularly over the years and some for long stays, which spoke oodles for the special nature of this lovely little place in its own little “jungle”. I got a trip to the local fish market with the owner and we had a feast in the evening on the fish we brought back (brilliant chef!). Ask nicely and I’m sure they will oblige. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We’d definitely be happy to come back again

What a place to stay and sleep. Superb position with easy walks to the beach and into town. The rooms were large , clean, cool and comfortable. The staff were so kind and welcoming every single day. The breakfasts and meals were fresh and accomodating. They even gave my husband a cake for his birthday as a surprise. When we first arrived their were other travellers sitting in the shade of the palms in cane chairs chatting to each other. We are not big at but this was like Hotel Marigold. Oh and do go to Tony’s restaurant on the beach for amazing prawns and other exquisite Indian dishes. Or western dishes if you want. The sunsets are incredible too. I could go and on about this place and will be going back.

This was our last stop on a month tour of India, and the best accommodation by far. We arrived late, midnight and were greeted by Lorenzo with a great happy smile. He was always on hand, and certainly got stuck into any duties that needed to be done. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were surprised every morning, after returning from breakfast our rooms had been cleaned! Breakfast was very tasty, with plenty of choice if you wanted. I would certainly recommend you choose to stay here, if your lucky enough to get in. As they seem to be very busy.

After a long journey with flight delays at Mumbai, we eventually arrived in the dark at this little oasis. The meet and greet from the owner was nothing more than perfect. It was also a very quick check in which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room we were given was very clean with a spacious lounge area which was fitted with table and chairs and a fridge bar which was stocked with various drinks at a very reasonable tariff. The bedroom itself is very spacious with an extremely comfortable king size bed with good quality bedding and blackout curtains. For those who like to keep up with what’s going on around the world there is a nice size flatscreen television with various channels in many languages and plenty of plug sockets everywhere for even the most

Me and my husband stayed 5 days at this fantastic Guesthouse. Beautiful house, very clean and nice big rooms. The owners, Lorensco and Annie, are succeed in making a fantastic nice and home feeling atmosphere. You are always met with a smile and “ how are you”. Can we help you? That was really nice. I really recommend Bourgainvillea Guesthouse.
