Such amazing and clean rooms, such wonderful hospitality- this was our second-time stay at this place in Goa and we were equally charmed as before. Lourenco and his family as well as the staff really know how to take care of guests and their interests. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, lovely gardens, and a lovelier atmosphere...the place literally beckons to you. The guest house we stayed in was D’Hibiscus, a sister property of Bougainvillea. We would have our breakfast in Bougainvillea every day. Both properties are equally good and just about 5 minutes away from our favourite Sinquerim beach. The walk to the beach amidst a canopy of trees is so refreshing. A great thanks to host for having us. This is a great place situated just 2 mins from sinquerim beach, Goa. The place has great ambience and gives you a break from loud noisy city life. Place has all basic amenities including clean towels, linen, bathroom essential, daily housekeeping, air conditioning,complimentary breakfast and so on. Lawrenso was a great host catering to all our needs and entire staff was very courteous. If you are planning to travel to all other parts of Goa very frequently such as Vagator, Anjuna, Bagga, etc then you may have to drive 20-40 mins each time from the place. Lovely welcoming staff and owner on arrival, rooms large, airly and clean. Enjoyed our stay all be it short! Easy walk to the local village. The staff very helpful providing breakfast early...breakfast was delicious.

This place was lovely and especially the staff. We could of easily stayed a few days. Plenty of resturants within walking distance . The were really obliging when we needed early breakfast. This place is highly recommended but you need to book well in advance

Without a doubt this was the most relaxing hotel/Guest House we stayed in during our travels. We spent 28 days travelling around southern India during January, starting in Mumbai and as far south as Varkala. The trip itself was amazing and we got to see some lovely places and meet some wonderful people. In all the places we stayed the Bougainvillea was the best we experienced. Lourenco and the team are the most welcoming and helpful people we met, nothing was too much trouble. The property is in a lovely quiet part of the area and on a back road, so quiet and tranquil. The rooms are spacious and quite modern, with all the facilities you would ever need. The breakfasts were lovely, with a good selection and the quality was excellent.
