We stayed for 5 nights at this lovely hotel as we were in Goa on vacations. This is my second stay at Kyraid Hotel, now you can feel the pleasure, why...... It was a straight, easy, flat 10 minute walk from the candolim beach. The bathroom was very well done and the bed very comfortable.We were very impressed with the young and enthusiastic staff who looked after us so well during our stay. We particularly felt the restaurant staff were so professional and pleasant specialy Mr. Rishi (Service Boy) when we went for dinner at late night. They were both knowledgeable charming and really made us feel like his personal guests - quite a skill for a busy hotel in Goa! We also thought our waitress who looked after us at breakfast the next day was absolutely excellent. So efficient, very helpful and just so pleasant and keen to please. We had a wonderful breakfast with a really great selection of food options to choose from. I specialy thanks to Head Chef Mr. Dinesh for providing wonderful and tasty dishes. Mr. Dinesh is well versed in preparations as he prepared multiple dishes of Prawns with finger licking taste. The Kyriad had a really great team of staff who paid great attention to detail and really gave us lots of time and care without intruding. I am specially The reception staff, were delightful and so helpful, we can honestly say that the service we received was exceptional. We will definitely return when we next visit Goa.

I stayed in this hotel almost four days from 1st Feb 2020 to 4th Feb 2020 and I must say for us it was really nice & pleasant experience. This property is well budgeted and located in central area of Goa near to Condolim beach and easy access to others beaches like Baga & Calangut. The staff was very helpful and It is very children friendly hotel. Breakfast was really good with variety of food.

This hotel is located just off the main coastal road from Fort Aguada and Baga beach. Kyriad Candolim is situated in North Candolim just before Calangute. It is very close to the main road which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, which makes the road very busy and at times noisy between early morning until very late evening. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, nothing being too much trouble. The food is excellent with many choices throughout the day either off menu and in the evening for buffet. The chef will also cook on request within reason. It is a small hotel with the only bar being situated within the restaurant and a small pool with small seating area although that only seemed to be used early in the day or early evening as most visitors are either sightseeing or going to a beach nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate revisiting this hotel if we go to this area in the future.

The hotel is located on the main road, many food joints, bike/car rental are in walking distance. I stayed with my husband for 4 nights in this hotel during Covid times. The room was small with no view outside the balcony, which was really disappointing. It was just a room with bed to sleep. The laundry service took really long time, 3 days. The basic toiletries like tissue rolls, extra towels, toothbrush and soap etc were missing. we had to ask them for the same. But the hotel is clean, staff is supportive, the pool was not operational due to COVID. Kyriad is an international chain of hotels and I really had high hopes with it. Restaurant- We tried Chilly garlic noodles with hot chilly sauce and chef cutting chai. The food and chai were good. Overall it was a below average experience to stay there.

We stayed in hotel kyriad condolim goa from 2nd March to 5th March 2021 The location is excellent very near to the beach. The staff is courteous and friendly specially managerHonsel Lazer. He is very understanding and sympathetic. We were 15 people including a kid All the time the manager was on duty from 8am to 11pm, when ever we went lobby or restra he was there. The food is excellent, breakfast and dinners were superb. The receptionist Ms Saritha is cooperative and jovial. There seems to be shortage of staff as the manager himself brought our luggage to the lobby while check out. We enjoyed our stay in Goa

We stayed at Kyriad Candolim for 6 days from the 17th to 22nd Jan 2021. We were a family of 9 and had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious with adequate storage spaces. It was like a home away from home. The rooms were cleaned daily. We were never disturbed by the housekeeping during the stay. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and Mr. Sandeep and Ms. Sarita deserve a special mention. The only con was the breakfast which we had included with our stay. The menu was very limited and the items were repetitive. Reminded us of the food during our hostel days, if you know what i mean. Please add a few more items and rotate the menu. They were kind enough to pack sandwiches, eggs and frooti when we had to leave early for Doodhsagar. The beach is just a 5 min walk from the hotel if you follow the lane beside the temple on the main road. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
