Nestled in a tranquil location praised for its scenic beauty, the Hilton Goa Resort is frequently lauded for its spotless rooms and meticulous grounds, with many travelers highlighting the attentive housekeeping staff. While the spacious, amenity-rich rooms with balconies receive accolades, some guests note maintenance issues. Despite its peaceful setting, a few find the resort's distance from beaches and towns inconvenient. The hotel's multiple pools and diverse breakfast options contribute to a luxurious experience, although opinions on value differ due to extra costs. The serene atmosphere and professional service are often mentioned, though occasional lapses in responsiveness are reported.

The property is absolutely stunning, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's busy streets. The staff were not just courteous, but remarkably attentive, ensuring every aspect of your stay was not just enjoyable, but truly exceptional. And let's talk about the Presidential Suite—jaw-dropping! With its panoramic skyline view and private pool, it's the epitome of luxury and elegance in Goa. A stay there must have been nothing short of awe-inspiring, leaving you with memories to cherish forever.

I am writing this review while still being on stay at the property simply because the experience has been and continues to be extremely overwhelming.

Hilton Resort, Candolim, Goa happened by accident for our 5th anniversary and I must say it was a very beautiful accident.

Extremely Caring & Cordial Staff ✅
Breathtaking View from the River Facing Room ✅
Spacious Rooms ✅
Hygiene & Cleanliness ✅
Local Delicacies ✅
Sumptuous Food ✅
Brilliant Breakfast Buffet Spread ✅
Pooja’s Tea at the Breakfast ✅
Barbeque at the Balcony ✅

It is only a year old property and their team is leaving no stone unturned to make sure they are the best in business not just across all Hilton properties but across Goa.

A loud shoutout to Sunaina & Akshata from the Front Office department, Chef Ashley Nunnes, Chef Vaibhav, Chef Aaron, Vinod, Norbu & Sukhveer.

How to begin this has been one of my best hospitality experiences till now. I simply called in to book me a rental self-drive vehicle prior to my check-in and the team was gracious enough to do the needful for us. The room was just WOW amazing size with a wonderful bathtub and amazing open balcony with great green views. We had dinner there for both the nights and the food was just amazing and the Tiramisu was to die for. The restaurant staff a big thanks to them with smiling faces and attention to detail they made our stay to a different level. The smart bartender was great to serve us some amazing cocktails esp the Smoke & Fire Gin Cocktail which was bliss with flavours of every note being distinctly there and the food sumptuous and great with presentation and taste. So want to return back there soon for another amazing experience to be added to our memories and maybe few good friends to be made across that experience :)

We stayed at the Hilton Goa Resort for a week at the end of September; Our stay was just amazing in all respects. We had a very pleasant, relaxed and stress free time.
The resort is a relatively new property having opened just over two years ago; It's well built with what is apparent, high quality materials. The rooms we stayed in Queens with balcony are very spacious with large bathrooms with both bath tub and wet room; All amenities expected from a 5 stars are provided in the room. The balconies are very large and well furnished, mine overlooked woodland and my travelling companion had his own private garden (Yes private garden) with palm trees and exotic flowers.
The hotel grounds are well designed and the pools areas have excellent views of the surrounding hills and the river Nerul. There are also very well equipped children facilities if one decides to bring along the small ones.
The main Restaurant which we gladly found always open during the day, serves till 22.30 and after this time a very good room service is in operation. The menu in the restaurant offers a choice of traditional Goa dishes but also international well known classics such as Linguine al Pesto and Various Mediterranean dishes. The breakfast choice is just enormous and a special section is created every morning for eggs of your choice and Omelettes with plenty of different fillings.
During our stay with made good use of the Taxi service provided by the hotel as we preferred not to drive. This offers packages of 4/8 hours with respectively 40 and 80 kilometres which when exceeded a surcharge of 33 rupees per km is added to the final cost.
We found this service optimal for all our requirement and visited multiple locations in and around Goa including the best beaches and some fantastic Temples.
All of the above is obviously an expectation when visiting this type of resorts, when it is surpassed as in this case, it's absolutely fabulous.
The icing on the cake however is the People....The great Team of man and women that run this complex; Attentive and polite service with a genuine transpiring desire to please their guests. A special mention has to go to Yashica and Sweta for looking after us at meal times, Awad always smiling, Uttam the chef in charge offered recommendations throughout our stay and prepared a delicious dish of Salmon with saffron risotto on the side. Pooja and Alice at the front desk were both brilliant, engaging and always willing to answer as well as they could the very many questions we put to them.
This was our first visit to India and Goa; It will certainly not be our last and we will definitely re-visit the Hilton Goa resort.

Thank you....and See you soon.

We had stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for 3N and must say that we did not want to leave. It was the most pleasant and amazing stay. The most special thing about the resort is that it take utmost care for children. The resort is designed in such a way. It has so many pools and a World class play area which is the best if you are travelling with kids. Special mention to Mr Rahul from housekeeping who arranged a room with a king bed as with a Kid we were not comfortable in the queen room which had 2 beds. On checking with the front office/reception, they said they would not be able to change. But we requested Mr. Rahul as with a kid a bigger bed would have been comfortable as it was a matter of 3Nights. He arranged a new room for us within minutes. We are really thankful to him and can never forget this gesture of his. He is so polite and caring. We were staying with a 2 year old and each and every dish that we ordered for out child was upto the mark and if any changes were required they would happily do it for us. Such amazing hospitality. Just blew our minds.special mention to Mr Gaurav from room service was so helpful and used to talk to us so nicely - ever smiling and so hard working. Mr Shubham, Mr Mark- such helpful, ever smiling wonderful people. The hotel gives you such positive vibes… I really miss the stay and the wonderful people. m sure we would go back to this place without a second thought. Mr Arun at the play area again very polite and nice

Food: Food was good and always upto the mark. Each time we used to go therefor our meals, staff would come to our table to check if everything was fine and if we needed anything

Ambience & Rooms: amazingly designed rooms. The stay is so relaxing. The hotel is so beautiful. We loved our stay.

Staff: Very helpful and kind. You like talking to such amazing people. Maybe the Front office staff can be better. Few ones at the reception were not helpful. Don’t want to mention names.

Thank You Hilton Resort Goa for such amazing hospitality and a calm & relaxing stay. We will come back soon!!!

We visited in the month of aug 2021 for family vacation
But on reaching property it was a disaster to know there was no lift in the entire property one had to of go downhill or climb the stairs to get to there respective rooms.

In terms of room tariff they charge property have nothing to do…by nothing i mean “nothing”

Breakfast and dinner spread is very minimal, tasteless and basic. So don’t expect anything lavish.

Only positive in this hotel is there staff which is so polite and helpful naming

1.) sukhveer one of the best person i have ever met
Very helpful, cheerful and cooperative
2.) rahul-was very helpful in solving room location problem
3.) samak excellent service

And all other staff i don’t know the names but everybody was very helpful

Not recommended for persons travelling with parents and elders you can get much better properties in this price tag

Dear gurjapc, Greetings from Hilton Goa Resort! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your concern about the resort not having a lift or elevator. However we would like to inform you that we have conceptualized and built the hotel taking inspiration from the concept of old forts in Goa. We wanted the infrastructure to reflect history whilst also adding a contemporary touch without compromising on the breath taking views of the Nerul River and the lush green landscapes. I am pleased to read your great comments about my team, it is comments like yours that keep encouraging us to go that extra mile every time. I have also raised your concern about the breakfast and dinner spread to the concerned department for further improvement. You will surely see a positive difference in our F&B services on your next stay with us. Due the pandemic, we have had to cut short the number of activities for children and adults alike but we do hope to begin the same shortly. We take the extra mile to ensure that there is no compromise on guest health and safety. We do hope you will visit again and give us another opportunity to be able to meet your expectations. Warm Regards, Amandeep Grover General Manager

Lovely hotel, service and facilities, tranquility, with everything a short taxi ride away.

An entertaining 45 minute transfer from the GOI airport, you arrive at the Hilton resort. The staff couldn’t be more welcoming from the guys meeting you in the forecourt to the reception staff.

Everyone takes an interest in how your day has been and a welcoming ‘morning’ and ‘have a good evening’.

We stayed in the hotel for a very relaxing 7 nights, the majority of days we stayed around the pool areas, Sachin , Arun had great organisation for sun beds, canopy and towels, plus bring water to us. Sukyesh / Joseph always on hand for supplying drinks / food from the bar.

The breakfast selection was huge, with lots of staff willing to serve everyone.

Various coffee options, croissants jam, toasts yoghurts cereal , doughnuts, waffles, cheese, meats, loads of Indian dishes obviously with the dosa selection being a firm favourite fruit juices, milk shakes the list was endless and the service was excellent we sat under the watchful excellent service of Muskan, always extremely helpful.

We are in the Restaurant our first evening , had a lovely meal, Shweta , again lovely friendly service, for the rest of the week she was very attentive whenever she saw us

The hotel held a street food festival representative of all the areas in India - it was so well organised, the information supplied by (possibly have the spelling wrong) was excellent, the various stalls served great quality and a wide selection of options, the cost of the evening was really reasonable.

The room we had was a great size, and quiet. The room had a brilliant rain forest shower that was excellent. The room was turned everyday and water replenished.

The public toilets in the pool areas where extremely cleaned and clearly attended to on a regular basis.

All the staff look to do the best for clientele.

Would hesitate in recommending the hotel to anyone.

I spoke with Ankush - part of the management team, it’s clear from the top down they want to provide a brilliant service.

Me and family stayed for a long duration in Hilton goa Resort and thier hospitality has really forced me to pick up my phone and write this review. In India we say "Athiti Devo bhava " and the staff really has ingrained the ethos of it, they are very efficient and professional. A special mention to Sukhveer, Gaurang, Rasikta, Pooja and Satish.
Moreover, this place has ample of activities to keep kids happy and engaged ,Both my kids had a great time as they enjoyed the pool as well as kids area Arun definitely deserves a praise as he really takes care of the kids very well, these places are very well maintained and hygienic for kids to use. And all my special needs of non spicy food for my kids was happily met.
Undoubtedly, this place has multiple facilities to offer but I fell in love with the huge rooms ,lavish washrooms and private balcony with mesmerizing view. I wish all the very best to the staff and to the management, keep up the good work!!

Hi. Yes ya is are easy to get from the airport, but depends on what time you arrive in Goa. I’m not sure about late night but you can approach the desk at the airport to book a private taxi. It should cost you approx 1200-1500/- rupees. Since we had arranged for a pick up by the hotel , I cannot give you an exact figure. Also fuel prices have increased so the fare may increase slightly. Safe travels !
