This is a Hotel from Hell. To begin with, a damp, sickening smell hits your olfactory senses as soon as you step into the room. It is the smell of a room that has not been aired in quite a while. The ceiling of the room was smeared with just lime, not paint (see photos). The mattresses are frayed, although they try to cover it with sheets etc. We also found TWO USED CONDOMS under the mattress. Our washbasin got clogged up as soon as we used it and they had to open the pipes with pliers to take out the muck. Incidentally, they left the muck lying on the bathroom floor overnight. The upholstery in the room, the lounge and the restaurant is solied and the furniture overall is old and dilapidated (see photos). We were booked for 3 days but we checked out after one night. Overall, this is a FILTHY hotel. Please, please give it a miss.…

We selected this hotel because of the good tripadvisor reviews only. The service and food quality were decent. The room was poor. The paint of the walls didn't even match 2 star room. The mattress was dead. The spring of the mattress was coming out. Probably those were never changed since the inception of the hotel. The staff tried to help by offering another room on request but that was also the same. Overall, we were surprised why this hotel/room was a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is ten minutes walking distance from lovely Condolim beach in North Goa. Well behaved staff, very good rooms, good location having nearby many good Restaurants. We enjoyed our two days stay very much.

Cooperative staff and very helpful people. Room is very neat and clean, swimming pool is good. Breakfast was good and stuff was helpful at the time of serving the food, bike and car parking is available at free of cost.

This trip of goa ,I'll always remember,i was with my family,we had fun... Candolim beach is just walking distance from the hotel,bike ,car rental service is just at the main gate,staff is very helpful though .. good hotel with good quality of breakfast,food is tasty . Well maintained rooms and ambience is good .
