This was our 1st time in Goa in April 2023, and the Ruffles Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff members were really helpful and friendly. They were also very understanding of my son, who has Autism. They always stayed back late at breakfast and at dinner time just to make sure we were catered until we were ready to leave.We were treated so well that we didn't want to leave and felt as if we were family. The entertainment every night was really good, especially the karaoke night. The owner, Russel, has made the hotel a family-friendly environment. And Russell himself takes time out to speak to his customers and take on any feedback given. Can't wait to come back to Goa and stay at Ruffles.

Ruffles is an excellent location for the beach shacks, shopping, bars and restaurants. The food at Ruffles is a great menu choice from, english brekki, Sunday lunches and local Goan meals. The accommodation is basic and has everything you need, very reasonable priced, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Well what can I say but an excellent holiday! Good standard Indian rooms with a/c cleaned every day and always spotless. The food in the restaurant is just great with a good mixture of Indian, continental & English food the Sunday lunch is better than anywhere we've visited even.in the UK. Fabulous entertainment every evening, our favourite was karaoke but there's something for everyone. But what makes Ruffles really special are the staff, from Russel the owner Sanjay the restaurant manager and all the staff especially Anerag & Berun who both have a great sense of humour. We are counting the days until our return to Ruffles undoubtedly all round the best hotel we have ever used in Goa.

We had recently arrived into Goa and decided to pick a place to Have dinner. Whilst walking past Ruffles, we noticed that it was very busy and decided to eat there. The service was excellent, the food was nice and the prices were very reasonable. The added bonus was that it was Karaoke Night and so we also got some entertainment thrown in 🙂

Excellent food, good menu choice, lovely staff and great atmosphere. There is live music most night, or at least something going on, but never too loud. Cannot recommend the fish dishes or tandoori fish/chicken more - and even the meat pie, mash and peas! Choice or local or branded (branded more expensive) and quality tonic!

Pathetic. Only location is good. Main road. Walkable distance to beach. Bathroom not in good condition. Tap leaking 24/7. We requested to fix that up but was told that can’t possible you have to manager Breakfast is average. Not going to stay again.

The very first thing i want to bring into consideration is the staff which is absolutely polite and supportive, things that i dont like 1) wifi did not work all 4 days of my trip 2) breakfast with no options then bread butter jam & one other veg & another non veg item to choose from 3) furniture was very old look 4) bathroom isnt something that u will like 5) cable conmection was not active for first 2 days of my stay, then the staff changed it on the third day

If only the rooms were upgraded a little, this would be a great place for Brits who were looking for a home from home. The place is clean, fairly well located, the best English B/fast around, & I heard good pies. The Sunday Roast is also the best around but the beef may have been boiled first. Regular live entertainment too. One of our friends stayed for 2 weeks & didn't particularly like it, but she was from Portsmouth, a bit Posh!

Booked in 14/02/2020 till 25/03/2020 due to the virus and flights been cancelled I managed to get home on 10/04/2020 Russell and all his staff looked after us throughout will definitely be back great place to stay and a personal touch and food and entertainment excellent thanks guys much love Kevin and Roz
