Arrived Early Hours Tuesday and the night security man shown us the way to reception who quickly gave us our key and walked upto our room 201 and shown us were everything was and how to work the A/C Unit .Went down for breakfast next day and it was Toast , Jam , and Tea and Coffee, You had to order Eggs if you require them , The pool area was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and polite , Russell the owner was also there to see if everything was ok .Food in the Restaurant was very good and not that expensive .Rooms were always cleaned and if you needed more towels they would fetch get you some . Overall this Hotel is V/Good , Sunday Roast was just how you would get in the UK would we I stop here again most definitely.

This is the last day of our 5 weeks in Goa (our 12th year) & I guess the the place we will miss most when we get home will be Ruffles. Not only for the great food & the well laid out bar / restaurant area but for the people, a team of very polite customer focused boys for whom nothing is too much trouble. This team led my Russel & Melanie who are just superb hosts. Food is very good (especially Sunday roast) drinks plentiful & all at a reasonable price. Entertainment every night with the karaoke nights best for us (thanks Bonnie & Pierre). We enjoyed it so much we have decided to use the ruffles resort as our base next year fo our visit.

Spent 2 wks at Ruffles over New Year & had a fantastic time. Russell & his team made us welcome & made sure we had a great time. All staff members are friendly & attentive. Food is fantastic, cheap with plenty of choice. Indian cuisine is delicious, especially the kebabs & nan bread. Also offer a wide variety of English meals- the Sunday dinner is a big hit. Complements to the chefs. Pool area is nice & clean but could probably benefit from more sunbeds. Rooms are basic but spacious. Sanjay took pride in cleaning the rooms, plenty of clean towels & bed linen changed regularly. Sanjay took time to leave towel decorations on the bed, which was a nice touch. Evening entertainment, &karaoke for those who enjoy it. Hotel close to beach, shops & local amenities, highly recommend. Will definitely return in the future.

we were in good rooms , beds were ok sheets clean. Room was clean also. take a kettle if you want tea coffee in your room. if you want cleaning fresh towels give your room key in the morning to reception and tip your room boy. Breakfast eggs and toast. If you want a bigger breakfast etc use the restaurant in the front. The Staff - everyone is friendly and more than attentive, Anuraj , Sanjay , bapi, and frankie dettori were all great 😊. All of the team at ruffles are kind friendly and honest. security guards are great as well Raymond on the front always had a smile. Russell will also accommodate you and is personable. Side gate down to the beach , beach / pool towels available from reception. See you in feb 🥰

If only the rooms were upgraded a little, this would be a great place for Brits who were looking for a home from home. The place is clean, fairly well located, the best English B/fast around, & I heard good pies. The Sunday Roast is also the best around but the beef may have been boiled first. Regular live entertainment too. One of our friends stayed for 2 weeks & didn't particularly like it, but she was from Portsmouth, a bit Posh!

This was our 1st time in Goa in April 2023, and the Ruffles Beach Resort was absolutely fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff members were really helpful and friendly. They were also very understanding of my son, who has Autism. They always stayed back late at breakfast and at dinner time just to make sure we were catered until we were ready to leave.We were treated so well that we didn't want to leave and felt as if we were family. The entertainment every night was really good, especially the karaoke night. The owner, Russel, has made the hotel a family-friendly environment. And Russell himself takes time out to speak to his customers and take on any feedback given. Can't wait to come back to Goa and stay at Ruffles.

Excellent food, good menu choice, lovely staff and great atmosphere. There is live music most night, or at least something going on, but never too loud.
Cannot recommend the fish dishes or tandoori fish/chicken more - and even the meat pie, mash and peas!
Choice or local or branded (branded more expensive) and quality tonic!

Ruffles is an excellent location for the beach shacks, shopping, bars and restaurants. The food at Ruffles is a great menu choice from, english brekki, Sunday lunches and local Goan meals. The accommodation is basic and has everything you need, very reasonable priced, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Russell the owner runs a tight ship as they say, I certainly will be going back Ruffles made my holiday. Belinda M

We had recently arrived into Goa and decided to pick a place to Have dinner. Whilst walking past Ruffles, we noticed that it was very busy and decided to eat there. The service was excellent, the food was nice and the prices were very reasonable. The added bonus was that it was Karaoke Night and so we also got some entertainment thrown in 🙂

A great resort with a good pool, rooms good and cleaned regularly. The restaurant serves a great mix of all cuisines but Sunday lunch or dinner is something special. Great staff who work hard to give you everything you want, the entertainment is great my favourite is the karaoke by kdj Myron. Give Ruffles a try for a stay or a meal I can't believe you will regret it
