We came during vacation season when our first choice hotel (Radikha) was fully booked, but managed to find 3 rooms at this resort for 6 adults and 2 young kids (6 and 4) - 1 suite and 2 deluxe rooms. The standard of all rooms was very good. Clean, comfortable and sufficient space to hold our luggage. The shower was powerful and hot if needed. You get shower caps, shampoo, toothbrushes as standard. Large screen TV, air con that works etc etc. Facilities - swimming area was never overly crowded and water was clean. We really enjoyed this the most. There is also a ping pong table but we only saw this when we were leaving. Food/ restaurant - this was this worst part of our stay. Nice roof top setting but general food quality and service is not up to standard of other hotels. Staff seemed a bit lost and took too long for food to come. Especially at dinner time we noticed many other families experiencing similar problems. We had dinner at Radikha and Chuluwala at Krishna Hotel which I recommend and much better experience. Service - apart from restaurant service we were very impressed with reception staff who responded quickly to our requests. Location - perfect location opposite Nagoa Beach and close to other restaurants. Reception staff can organise activities if needed. Things that can be improved - Restaurant could be so much better. Also, Given this is close to Nagoa beach it’s expected that people walk into the lobby with wet sandals. My son slipped over once and think the hotel staff should keep this under check and make sure the floors are wiped and warning signs in place. Similarly in rooms would advise that the floors are wiped to avoid slips. Overall a nice stay and the relaxing break we needed…

My wife and 2 kids got a chance to stay here recently. To start with, the resort is located property-wise just opposite the famous Nagoa beach adjacent to Radhika and Paramount Resorts. The resort has everything it needs to have on an average account considering a pool, bar and restaurant, rooftop restaurant, and spa centre. What it lacks is a good and playful kids area and play zone area. (As during our visit to the resort- there were too many families there having small kids and all were having the same question in mind- that game zone is written but it's having only table tennis facility which kids can't enjoy.) There are 3 category rooms all facing either sea face or garden/pool face. Rooms are hygenic and warm but room service is not good in spite of repeated calls room service was not up to the mark. Food-wise the resort serves all the delicacies but tastes wise I personally didn't like it much. Breakfast disappointed me even further. No live counters were available. Reception and other staff hospitality are extremely good. Special thanks to Mr Deepak, and Mr Kishan for taking care of us and arranging the things as required.…

Location wise Kostamar and Radhika are the best as they are bang opposite to the Nagoa beach. But the cons : Service is a big issue as there seems to be only local boys who are managing the show. They need proper and adequate training. Staffs are often impolite, if not rude. We checked in one of the 4 Royal Suites at around 1.30 pm (well past the standard check in time); but there was no bath towel, no hand towel, no bathroom floor mat. The bath tub water also has no outlet, it seems. Quality of water is very salty and hard. Breakfast spread is too less and inadequate. Taste-wise below average. ONLY, plus point is their roof top restaurant. This is soothing and we found it ok. Else the property is less than a start hotel. There was no kids zone, no gaming area etc. Swimming pool is so so and it lacks that STAR edge. Lawn is too small. Anyways, since the sea and beach were close by, we had a good fun.…

Rooftop restaurant with a view of the Nagoa Beach during day, a family place, pretty extensive menu for drinks and food, pleasant outdoor dining experience. Good choice in seafood. Average check per head is about 1200/- including alcoholic beverages

Recently stayed at kostamar beach resort for 2 nights at diu. It was wonderful stay at resort located just opposite to nagoa beach, kept it very clean and well maintained. Stayed at Room no. 205/06 were having pool view. Room was nice and so bathroom with all amenities. Booked directly with resort reservation team rather than opting for online sites. Buffet breakfast spread was good which is served on roof top restaurant. Food was also good but yes, Service was so slow which should be improved especially at room top restaurant Swimming pool was also nice and clean with pool attendent. Costumes were available at resort which we purchased at nominal rate. Ambience of resort was wonderful at night. Facility of spa and indoor games are available. Parking within premises was available with basement. Overall it was nice and comfortable stay.…

A lot to select from in the menu. Food is good. Wide range of drinks available. Nice view from the restaurant. One thing I did not like was the flies in the restaurant. Service also could have been a bit faster.
