Trust me do not waste your money by booking a room in this hotel. Its not worth 800 a night. There were more mosquitoes than one can find in a park. Condition of the room were same like highway hotel rooms.
The hotel facilities were good value for money and rooms were clean, well furnished with all amenities. Ac was window ac which was noisy as compared to a split unit and located awkwardly in the corner so the draft came from one side of the bed. Parking was not allowed inside the premises and had to park on beach parking lot. We could not leave any luggage inside car and had to take all to our room.
One of the worst experiance ever had , 1st they dont hv their parking (on road parking), 2nd they refused to serve breakfast at 9:30am by saying it is near check out time. 3rd there is nothing more than swimming pool & that to with cloudy water.
Poor cleaning, Rude staff, Poor food quality, Showing attitude without and facilities, Swimming pool water very dirty and hazzy, No parking facility inside property, even lots of space available inside it. Moral of the story, DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT IF YOU NEED TO STAY WITH FAMILY.
The worst thing you will find on arrival is that they do bot allow to park your vehicle inside the campus. This despite having enough space for parking 10 evhicles. It seems the owner or some family lives in the campus who do not want vehicles parked inside. There is no in-house restaurant, only in-room dining is provided. Saving grace is that there is plenty of eating options available in Daman. There is a small swimming pool. Do not get foold by the excellent image posted in hotel website. The pool is small and hence is too crowded. I stayed in a Club Comfort room. Room is spacious and well maintained. But in case you decide to stay here, go for a room with pool view to give you some solace.
If there is something that you should absolutely not do in Daman is to stay at this hotel. The single most worst experience I have ever encountered in my life regarding a service sector, coming from someone who has done hotel management. It was unbelievable how BAD this hotel was. It was just a pile of chaos adding on overtime. Firstly, when you go inside the room, it's absolutely dim and even the AC doesn't work properly. My room's AC was at 16° all night and couldn't change it. (1) Absolutely no amenities provided. After a day of long journey you have to find out that even to brush your teeth you will have to go out again to get a toothpaste. (2) Bathroom door doesn't work properly and bathroom IS TRANSLUCENT. Absolutely awkward and irritable. (3) Not even water jugs are provided. If you ask for water then they will just fill up USED water bottles with God knows what kind of water, because it was tasting bad and smelling. (4) The WORST part about the hotel though: ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND RIDICULOUS STAFF Through points 1-3 we asked them if they could provide us assistance and we were DENIED. (5) Whenever we asked for any kind of room service, we had to remind them THRICE each time, not exaggerating. And still we received wrong items. (6) AND THE POINT THAT PUT THIS AS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: On the day of checkout, we asked for water bottles and towels at 9 AM so we could leave by 10 AM which is the check out time. And the staff being as incompetent, gave us just the towels at 10 AM that too after reminding them for the nth time, and then reception finally felt decent enough that to call us every 15 mins after 10 to check us out. Felt like they wanted to get rid of us. As we told them we are still waiting for water bottles they said ok and then this repeated till 11 AM, still not exaggerating. Now suddenly the manager comes to our room and STARTS SCREAMING. Absolutely scary. There are guests nearby some are kids playing in the swimming pool some are ladies standing outside but this guys doesn't care and starts roaring that we didn't check out. He was screaming at maximum volume a human can scream. We were shocked as to how could a service sector be so amazingly incompetent Along with being this rude. As if this was bad enough, even the main manager came to us and started screaming too!! At one point the manager even called us SAALA and were disrespectful at our faces and also said inko room he kyu diya. At this point we just wanted to leave this hell hole of incompetency and try to forget that a hotel can be this bad in terms of staff and service and rooms and management and cleanliness. No parking facility, rude staff and low hospitality,no wifi connectivity in rooms, tiny size bathroom in super deluxe room, torn blankets, pillow cover and towels, low quality room service, I highly recommend not to visit this hotel.
Nice hotel and food was also beautiful.....it is beach touch i will truly recommend to visit once.we all are frnds enjoyed alot i have gine there for ⁴ time's till now like it is my fixed destination.
It was family along with children's trip resort location is nice, dont know whether they clean their swimming pool or not, service is very awful and very slow, at the time of check out they created so much pressure to leave the room and it was very difficult to manage when you are with toddler. DO NOT TRY FOOD AT THEIR OWN RESTAURANT..overall not recommended for family stay
We booked this hotel as we didn't have any options. The hotel room are very small and place is really dark. There were a lot of mosquitos and hotel said they will there all night we can't do anything about it.
