Awesome stay here at Ras. We were here on 17th-19th Aug' 23. The food here both quality and quantity is more than awesome!!!! The rooms, neat and clean, pleasant smell, quick room service. The boy Sameer and mr. Kanak and others were really helpful and always present whenever my Mil's wheelchair was to be carried. The staff at the restaurant too were suggestful!! Overall we had a good time here !!!

Right next to the river with great views. 2 mins drive from the Swaminarayan temple and a movie complex and riverfront walk are also less than 5 mins away. Food is also quite good and large variety in menu. The property can however be miles better with very small efforts which I guess they don't take because it's already the best in the town! Room decor is tacky 1980s style furniture etc. When we checked in there was no towels in room. The fridge section was empty. After asking they gave the towels and fridge!!! We asked for hand towels and the initial response was they don't have and then on insisting they gave. After room service the plates were lying for hours outside without being cleaned. At the breakfast one day they didn't serve eggs. Second day they did but the omelette arrived after 4 reminders and raising my voice after 20 mins of wait. You are a great property but please don't take your customers for granted, is my small word of advice to the management. …

We are glad that you enjoyed the view from the room and the food served at the dining area. However we have noted the feedback with regard to the response of the desk attendant on requesting towels and hand towels. This matter was looked into and I would like to apologise for any inconveniences caused. We do provide mini bar only on request and guest can fill it as per his desire. Breakfast serves eggs on all days however we realised there must have been miscommunication from my members. However 20 minutes for eggs is not acceptable. We have taken note for the same and intend to improvise. Thank you for your pointers however I can assure you that our customer is KING and we never have intentions of taking our King for granted. This is one of the worst hotel stays I have had. They are so clueless that they can’t get anything right. The room smells of disinfectants, the sheets have stains and our bathroom was full of dead insects. We ordered room service and towels and they couldn’t even get it right. The property is run down and in serious need of improvement. Only saving grace was the breakfast. Please avoid this hotel!

Last minute check-in was done and the staff helped was with all possible help they could. Good property, polite staff, food though expensive but was good, rooms are big with good interior. View nearby was very good.

Good resort next to River. Lot of greenery inside the resort. Service quality was also good. Found food prices bit on higher side hence went out for food. Overall stay was good. However the children's play area needs improvement as most of the rides were broken.
