Excellent service, meals were very tasty and delicious. Infrastructure of hotel also good and luxury. Room service was also fast. Hotel seeing view was also good - the whole udaipur City was seen and reflect the city.

Overall good experience. Wasn't expecting too much though. Courteous staff, helpful and polite. Food was also decent. Small hiccup was the approach to its entrance. Would visit again if I went to Chandigarh.

It is a cheap hotel in every sense. Dirty Sheets & towel, rooms were shabby and had a strange odor. Bad service made things worse. no water will be provided. no facility for hot water in winters. Wifi not working. Recommend everyone to go for a better hotel especially if you are travelling with family. The plug point weren't working so we had issues charging our phones.

Bad experience. Poor room, poor sheets (dirty) A-C very noisy, bad curtains. BAD.

Location is bit out side of city but nearby PGI. So, best place who needs pgi visit. Service is good. Food is not that much good and you don't have any other option for food as per location.
Overall worth to stay as solo for official purposes.

Well to start with the phone call I made with random search over Google for a hotel nearby PGI chandigrah; as we had to stay back due to our trip to PGI with a family member. We were wanted to have a room nearby so we could reach the Hospital soonest in morning. Well the moment I called up, someone called Mr. Yuvraj answered the call, and he was so helpful by that very time only that I just made up my mind to buy a room in his hotel. As we were not known to Chandigrah much I asked him lot many stupid questions may be....but this guy was so empathetic that he not only offered his all possible assistance; he came out at the road to make sure we won't miss the way and kept guiding us while we're driving back from PGI to the Pride hotel.
I won't say it was 5 star or so hotel. But as hospitality professional for 5* are the people who offered their out of the way services to the guest, not the building.
We were given a room #104, at ground level only as I had a patient to rest in.
Mr. Yuvraj was so helpful that he stated should we need any assistance please dial 9 to reach him.
Well at last I just want to thank Yuvraj and his team doing the write job; and wishing good luck with Business.
I have observed something which I putted in his mind too....which will add value to their guest service.

Overall very good nice staff is very very kind nice persons friendly service is very good food service is good near this location we find medical service shops and everything near 15-20 min lake garden and mall of Chandigarh I recommend

Went there for just one day.. had work at PGI .. when I first looked at the location ( it is located just as u enter Nayagaon , which is slightly crowded ) , I was a bit disappointed ...But once I reached the room .. the window offered me a good view of the running ground of PEC ...Basically , all tat u need ..
1. No non-sense service by the hotel staff
2. English speaking , available round the clock counter clerks
3. Decent food and prompt room service ...
Overall , if u r on a short trip to chandigarh , especially for any work in or around PGI , I recommend !
