The people working there specifically at the reception have no sense of hospitality or anything they don’t even know how to entertain their guests and i would like to point out a guy named SIMRANJEET or something...total nonsense person, very rude and arrogant and definitely not what we look forward to while staying in a hotel. I don’t even know how he got appointed in the first place. I would not suggest anyone to go there anymore.Really disappointing encounter and I strongly appeal that he should be replaced.
The Piccadily Chandigarh Hotel is situated in the heart of City. The rooms are good and completly sanitised.Hotel staff is very supportive and well mannered. Hotel tariffs are cheaper now.the location is also EXCELLENT.
Super bad service. Half an hour waited for key at reception and no body was there to attend.. Worst service you could expect from a hotel . Rooms are great but services are bad really bad to ashes....
I know that they did clean it with insecticide because I found a dead cockroach on the floor after checking in.. But everything else was amazing.. Their beer and the deal on the food for the guests... Going there again soon...
As soon as you enter, you'll feel like you've entered an old Bungalow. You'll soon realise you were right as you go towards your room. You'll not stop questioning yourself why would someone build the corridors as wide as a room itself. The hotel and the rooms do give you the feeling of an old rustic place, so much that it is the charm the place has. The extra star is due to the colonial feeling that the place gives out. The food is OK, nothing great about it. The linens are clean. You'll get a good night's sleep.
