Food is good. Rooms are spacious. A bit of cleanliness is needed. Otherwise it is a 5/5 place. Located at a good location near tribune chowk, prices of room are very reasonable as compared to the nearby hotels. Hotel staff is very courteous and kid friendly.

They are very dated, bathrooms mouldy & smelly, mattresses soo uncomfortable I suffered with severe backache for 3 days. On the upside, staff was very helpful, food requests adhered to & tasty & could not fault their service. However perhaps owner should attend to this building b4 spreading to others, bcz no one can sufficiently handle too many projects efficiently

Simple hotel, don't keep much expectations..if u r getting it under good deal thn go fr it else hv some other hotels in main sectors.
Its located in industrial area with no market near by...but yes its close to airport and on outskirts..
Food was average but pricy.
We found our Room small with basic decor
Washrooms are also tiny and need more maintenance.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chandigarh and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room I was assigned was in poor condition. The furniture was worn out, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was definitely not what I expected.
The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and uncooperative. When I tried to address the issues with the room or request assistance, they were unresponsive and lacked proper communication skills. It made me feel like they did not value their guests' comfort or satisfaction.
One of the major letdowns was the lack of food provided. A hotel should always have food available for their guests, especially if they advertise it as part of their amenities. It was frustrating to have to go out and find meals elsewhere, especially when I was expecting the convenience of having food on-site.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The state of the room, the uncooperative staff, and the absence of food made for an unpleasant stay. It's important to have a comfortable and welcoming environment when you're traveling, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in those aspects.

The actual experience was absolutely horrendous, and I am baffled as to how this establishment earned such a high rating unless there is negligence or something questionable about the rating process itself.

The cleanliness of the premises was far below acceptable standards. The rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces were poorly maintained, raising serious concerns about health risks to the guests.
2 Safety Concerns:
The hotel lacked adequate safety measures, creating an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous environment for its visitors.
3 Misleading Ratings:
The discrepancy between the claimed 4-star rating and the reality of the hotel's condition is alarming. This raises suspicions about the integrity of the rating system.

The stay at Hotel Turquoise has been one of our worst hotel experiences ever. This hotel is branded as a 4-star property but wouldn’t qualify as a two-star. The staff is indifferent and couldn’t care less about guests. The rooms are small and cramped. Bathrooms are run down and even something as basic as getting hot water for bathing was a huge challenge. We were booked in a Superior room and there were guests who were partying in adjoining rooms with loud music and noise however the hotel authorities did not take any action. If you are ever considering booking here, please do not ever make the mistake we did.
P.S The only thing working in our favour is the food served at the in-house restaurant however we check into a hotel for comfortable accommodation and not the food only.

This Hotel's pics look good on Google. But its a 3rd rate Hotel. They claim they are 4Star but not even worth for 2 star. Rooms are very small, poorly maintained, Bathrooms also are not in good condition. No hot water in the Bathroom. After making several calls, Housekeeping guy brought Hot water in a bucket. Due to Covid they stopped Buffet, that's fine. But they said B'fast will be available from 7 am to 10 am. When we went at 8:00 am nothing was available. As we had leave early, we requested them to give us whatever is available, believe me they have taken 1 hr to make Poha.. very poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The hotel claims to be a 4 star property but the infrastructure and services are nowhere close to it and resembles a budget hotel. We booked two rooms in early February and had a disappointing experience. The hotel hosts a lot of weddings and other parties and resident guests are not a priority.
Pros
1. Food is well prepared with not too much oil and is reasonably priced.
Cons
1. Despite the room being a double bedded one all the amenities in the room was for only one person -- 1 glass, 1 cup and 1 bottle of mineral water.
2. Poor infrastructure comprising (a) cracked washbasin in both the rooms; (b) stained bed sheets; (c) lukewarm water in the shower and (d) non-functional TV, among others.
3. There is no separate elevator for resident guests and they have to share an elevator with guests who have come to attend weddings or other parties. This means either one has to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator or climb several flights of stairs. We had to opt for the latter most of the time.
3. The hotel has a parking space in the complex and we had parked our car there. At 10:00 PM at night we were asked to remove our car to another place as a wedding party needed that place for themselves. This happened despite the fact that the hotel employee had initially asked us to park the car in the original spot.

Don't know whether a rooftop restaurant is there. Dinner is available at the restaurant inside. Located near to center and main places.
We don't have pick up and drop facility in the hotel but we can arrange Ola or uber cab.
