The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. Check in and check out was done quick.i enjoyed the evening with my family at their skylight garden. A wonderful ambience and finger licking food.
Very ordinary room. Very small and smelly room. This property is a black bot on the reputation of the Fern group of hotels. Not expected from them. Food was good though. Will never visit this hotel again. Pictures on the internet are deceptive. Mosquitoes and bed bugs infested hotel. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
We stayed at fern reaidency on 26 th may Having taken the morning shatabadi we reached the hotel early at 11:20 .on arrival we were asked to wait without offering a glass of water . After half an hour when we asked about our room we were told callously it’s going to take more than an hour .On finally getting the room we discovered no bath towels hand towels and toilet paper in the bathroom .. the tea trays didn’t have stirrer even . When you call the reception for any thing they don’t send anyone . One very strange thing are the locks in their room . I discovered that there are no double locks or chains on the doors and the double lock that you do of the lock can be opened from outside by swiping the room card …. I felt very unsafe through the night . Also no lockers provided in the rooms Breakfast next day was horrible to put it mildly. We started having a stomach ache after having it . The doughnuts were so hard and stale and so were the sausages . The other preparations were tasteless . Also the serving staff and the other staff on the hotel are inhospitable and behave as if they are doing you a favour .. Even the hotel staff which came to the room to deliver our towels was reeling of smoke smell and in ordinary clothes . On the whole this ecperiece was a night mare .we preferred to be out of the hotel as we could not shift out as the the room was already paid for Never ever returning to this property again ! !!…
The staff is quite unprofessional especially the night shift team. Warm hospitality is far more expected thing from them, rather the team at front desk talks rudely. Especially Mr. Ganesh Kumar who doesn't know how to cater with the visitors. Please provide them training. Also, rooms quality is not upto mark.
The rooms are simple, yet comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful. I was initially placed in a smoking room, but after informing the reception of my allergy to cigarette smoke, they quickly moved me to a non-smoking room. The hotel is ideally located for it's proximity to the famous Elante Mall and it's abundant restaurants, night life, and shops. The hotel bar is nice and staff is great. Food is good - I had a couple meals there along with breakfast every day of my stay there. The breakfast spread is lavish and plenty options for everyone. The staff, always, attentive and helpful. I was super impressed with the quality of staff and service provided not just at the bar and restaurant, but also front desk and housekeeping. The rooms could've been a little more open/less cluttered, but it's not a big deal for a sleep. All bathroom amenities are provided with clean towels. Bed is super comfortable and I loved the extra long pillows provided along with regular size pillows. I recommend this hotel for business travelers, couples, solo travelers, and families. You will surely be welcomed and served well.…
I visited this hotel as part of my familys trip. We paid some additional charges for the plus one and stayed here for 01 days. Below listed are few highlights from our stay: Reception service is very poor not properly staff, staff like as a guest house buffet dinner sweet dishes(gulabjamun) provide only once time per members resturant manager and waiters behaviour are very rudely... Very basic rooms. Torn bedsheets did not create a bery good impression. Torn furniture certainly did not made us happy. . Leaking wash basin - we notified the staff about it within 5 minutes of occupying the room but it was not fixed (and not even looked at) inspite being promised. Old towels Stinking kettle - we could not even use it for hot water. Outside the rooms the ambience of hotel is good. Parking is available. Food is okay although I ordered chilly garlic noodles twice - but both times what i was given was different. Second time they gave me vegetable noodles passing it was chilly garlic. No idea how they managed this. Also, the breakfast was below average both it terms of variety and quality/taste. Room service staff is courteous. Front office staff is not professional and wont accept their mistakes. I called them for wi fi password and was promised a call back. After waiting for 10 minutes i called them back and he argued saying they were calling me (to give him credit i heard the phone ringing in the opposite room). I tried clarifying that they must have called some other room but he refused to accept which is rare for me since in hospitality business staff generally tried to avoid arguments. This hotel was priced higher than other hotels in the same category but could not justify the price. I dont think me or my husband are coming back here…
