I was disappointed that the hotel isn’t fully integrated into the ACCOR loyalty programme. The accor site doesn’t clarify this but the team at the hotel stepped in to resolve matters. It’s a beautiful hotel, chic. And the service is quite good, housekeeping in particular. The Food Exchange has some good food and a nice outside seating area. We had some yummy salmon and there is a chatpata mushroom as a starter. Do try it! As I said things started off a bit on the wrong foot but the hotel team did all they could to take care of my partner and me. Hope to be back!

So after flying in and checking in at 9 we were glad to know that the Food Exchange was open. As the wife and I have very specific dietary requirements I was nervous but our steward Suheb and captain Abhishek quickly put our minds to rest and brought out Chef Shiv and Chef Deepak. Now after learning that my wife was lactose intolerant pescatarian( who doesn’t eat spicy food) and I was a Vegan who was yearning for a spicy Punjabi meal, these magicians then brought out the one of the best meals I’ve had. The wife loved hers. Such an authentic and wholesome meal was a pleasant surprise from a Hotel but we are thrilled with the service and the cuisine. Bravo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
