This is not a four star hotel by western standards at all. On arrival desk staff had poor English. Room was large with lounge and desk but very old. Nothing like pictures at all. Cupboard doors were stuck and difficult to open or close. Hand basin leaked and stains showed has done for some time. Housekeeping clean but clearly dont report any obvious faults. After 2pm we couldn't get hot water....we stayed 5 nights and it didn't improve. The room safe didn't work. On arrival we went to turn mattress as springs stuck up only to find living beetles in sheets. Housekeeping brought us clean linen and remade bed. Mattress was ok other side. I think some rooms may be in better condition as we had to walk bats linen room every day and we did see different linen to what we had. It is an…

We had been this this restaurant bar and hotel here found world class food and service everything excellent staff was very friendly helpful and respected and room was comfortable need and clean nice housekeeping boys are so helpful and I want to say price responsible for this service and takecare gust so we are totally enjoyed and impressive this restaurant environment so we are recommend this hospitality
