Dont stay here!Staff are very unprofessional and border on uncouth. I booked this hotel for my Best Guest but they disappointed us with their service... Hotel was not as good as it was shown in photographs. Room service was horrible. We had to wait for long time for cold drink and other things. There were so many insects in the room & room was dirty as-well. Food was Very Coslty and not good . Service was pathetic- room service took 60 minutes to deliver our dinner order.the hotel reception was rude
Stayed at this hotel with my family for a night enroute to Delhi. The staff were quite helpful and cordial. They were prompt in catering to our needs and requests. They are building up a couple of additional rooms in the building due to which we did get a little bit of dust here and there, but since we had booked the place only for a nights sleep didnt matter much to us.It is located at an accesable distance to Rock Garden and Suguna Lake too. Hopefully once they get done with the construction work it would be a better place to stay at.
The location of the hotel is OK and it is easily accessible. However, the hotel itself is miserable. First of all, it is in the midst of renovation. So you see rubble and construction debris everywhere- I mean, you walk through debris to get to your room etc! The rooms are pathetic, to say the least. It looks as if they have not been cleaned ever since the hotel opened. Staff are very unprofessional and border on uncouth. They made us wait for a long time to get the room ready. When, eventually, our room was supposedly ready and we were taken to the room, one of the hotel staff was coming out of the bathroom - having helped himself to a wash in the bathroom of our room !!! Weird?!? Food was passable. Service was pathetic- room service took 70 minutes to deliver our dinner order. I am really struggling to look for positives. I can understand why and how this place is even listed on MMT, Agoda etc…
Pros: 1. This is v close to sector 17 mkt which is highlight of CHD. Many other points n restaurant are v near by... 2. Staff is v helpful... they will hardly say no for anything. 3. Room size and washrooms are decent. Rooms on 2nd floor has an extra couch. Cons: There is nothing as such... at this point you will not get a 5* property. So set your expectations straight.
i stayed with my family. i searched for family room but they are not available so booked 2 room. reception guy are not happy to help you. i order crispy chilly potato for delivery i call 3 time and every-time they said sir 2 mints. after 30 mints of wait they give un cooked and not crispy. So i return the food. parking space is good if you go with your car then it good option.
I stayed with my family in a family room for 7 nights. The reception boys sumit, lalit, and others all are good the service boys Dubey, pankaj, gajendra are also very good and helpful. But the hotel does not provide you any water bottles, the quality of food is not good, average hotel, quality of tea is not good, when the charges are very high. outside below you get very good tea for 10 Rs, in the hotel the tea cost you minimum 30 Rs and above but the quality is very very poor. The management needs to take care about food.you are not allowed to bring food from out side even in the room. you can bring alcohol but not tea or eatables.I am not an alcoholic so i faced little problem in the food section, rest every thing good.
This so called hotel is located next to slums. The surrounding place is DIRTY. Mouse, street dogs are seen on the street. Front desk people are not welcoming and unprofessional. Rooms are very small. All amenities are outdated. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED to others.
I have been to many hotels all over India from Hyatt's to Hilton and never have I ever saw a In Room Dining this fast. All the other stuff wasn't as good as the service but okay for a stay. And the phone wasn't working (just so you know) Have a nice stay.
Stayed for a night on 18th September, 2018. The hotel has all basic amenties, yet there is a shabbyness which engulfed the room. There were signs of lack of maintenance. The toilet lacked health faucet. When I checked, I was told that none of the toilets in any room had it. Staff were courteous and ready to help at the drop of a hat. The travel desk assists one by arranging transport at regular rates. The area around the hotel is buzzing with road side dhabas. Overall, decent hotel if you are in Chandigarh for a night or two and don't have the habit of using health faucet.
Average restaurant. Room is fine but bathroom is pathetic as compared to room. Basic ameneties were missing. Water bottles were not there. Not even proper towels. Towel quality was pathetic. Food is bad. Ordered breakfast, it was not at all good
