I booked this hotel becuase of it's like location. It's in heart of city very near to railway station and airport.
They have good rooms with sufficiently large washrooms. Reasonably good interiors.
More maintenance is required for the washrooms, taps, beds and also curtains.
For me it was below average experience.
Staff is good. Very active. Always ready to help. Manager has some attitude problems. He feels everyone who come to his hotel is from village only. I could not stop laughing when he told me that I may not be knowing how to operate the tap in washroom.
I laughed and thanked him.
Tip - before check in go and see the rooms on your own.

i visited raipur first time with my fiance and we were expecting a very good experience there,
the first thing that we expect anywhere is "residence" where you can feel comfortable, safe with your partner or family and another important things is "price" it should must comes under your budget and this hotel fulfill my that requirements.
since our plan was to stay outside most of the time, i did not want to spend too much in a hotel room that's why i searched over the web and found this hotel.
this hotel really made me surprise as it come up with such an affordable cost with good service.
cooperation from the staff was beyond the expectations and we had no problem with anyone there.
we both didn't feel uncomfortable at all
however few things that i felt should be improve,
when we visited first time, our room was not ready and cleaned even i informed them that i am coming on a specific date, so before the guest arrives the staff should must keep ready everything.
the hot water is not available for 24 hours however i have no complaint with it, but it would be good if they provide hot water for 24 hours specially in a winter season.
i would definitely recommend everyone and you can go for this hotel without thinking anything.
will definitely book them if i would get a chance to visit the city again.

I have to agree that at this cheap price the service provided or rooms provided were excellent. I liked everything about this hotel expect a rat in the room which I stayed :). I asked the manger to change the room and he did so. If you are a budget traveler, you can definitely go for this hotel.

It was 2:00 am in the night and I had just been back from a tiring road journey from Nagpur. I am a devlopment professional travelling many cities across the country. My driver took me to couple of hotels which I did not like or they had no rooms.Just by chance I saw a board indicating - Hotel Gurukripa. I was exhausted by then and I was ready to check in any place. My driver told me that it must be a budget hotel and may not fit to my taste, but then I insisted to check in. At the very first glance my room offered me a bright welcome look. The cozy bed and clean bathroom just relaxed me and I got tempted to sleep. The staff at 2:00 am was very active and cooperative. I checked out 2 days later and the tariff including food bills surprised me, I was expecing more amount against the high standard services. Well it made me rethink the way I thought about the budget hotel.

I was on a business trip to raipur... and found this hotel to be the best economic deal. Its near to the railway station and not very far from the airport. Rooms are nice and clean with grand bathroom, room service is also appreciable, the best part for me... 24Hr free WIFI !!

Nice and clean rooms...i completely enjoyed my stay here...the staff is really active. Rooms have a nice ambience with good upholstery.Digital cable connection adds to the tv viewing experience.Centrally located so easy to access the business points of the city.Visit urself to experience the comfort
