Excellent service from the hotel, neat and clean rooms, good location. However, the taste of food was unlike Bihar. Though it is clean and hygienic, but taste can be improved with more blend of spices. Overall comfortable and safe stay !!

Extremely good hotel in patna. Have stayed many times at the property, this time around I stayed for 3 nights. Good bunch of staff. Very good ,spacious and clean rooms , The best part about the hotel is the food. Good Asian , indian and western options available

We had a conference last Sunday. Everything went well. Nilam banquet manager was quite active and she made all the arrangements fantastic. The food was good. But the hotel seems to be outdated and requires renovation otherwise staff is good and services are also good. Overall it was a great experience.

Complicated wifi. Unprofessional IT person.No senior person from IT came into existence. I think IT department does not exist in the hotel. Entire work is done through reception.No dedicated Housekeeping number.No Laundry helpline. Except Room service everything is done through reception. Wifi is almost never connected. I stayed with marriage team. You can not dial another room directly. For this you will have to ask through reception. I mean the entire hotel is run through reception

The hotel staff is not very professional, the management is complacent and the staff constantly hounds the guests for tips and money. We were constantly bombarded with random thank you's and namaskars to guilt trip us into paying tips to the staff. Some staff member refused to leave our room after setting up an extra bed in the room for his share of the tip. Me and my parents were sitting in the guest area waiting for our car to arrive on the second day of our stay and some staff member came in and started forcefully arranging the pillows for a tip. As soon as we left, he left that work midway and went his way as well which basically meant that it was being done only in front of us to propel us to give him money. I saw this as a nuisance and an invasion of our privacy. The fake pleasentries from the staff also start getting on your nerves after a certain point of time. The dining staff was rude and incomptent and the hygiene was also not upto the mark. …

No ammenities in the room, No slipper, No shaving item, no toothbrush paste. For every item I had to ask reception, although they provided, but upon asking Wifi never gets connected At 7 am, though the Gym was open but no one to guide Talking about good Check in was very professional and fast Food service was very good in restaurant. Housekeeping extremely good, all staff Check out was little delayed but quicker compared to other hotels Overall stay was good, but wifi never worked I stayed on 20 july 2023
