The Hotel Was very nice and the staff was very cooperative. Mainly Mr Amit was very polite and give us a good service in front office. The Room service was not able to pick the phone please improve the quality of room service. The location of this hotel was very nice.

My friend stayed there I went to meet him .and I was so satisfied with the services provided by the staffs there .so courteous . they are really using each and every regulations by the government for this covid 19 . using sanatizer frequently using mask . whole hotel is using sanatisation . tremendous experience .try to visit this hotel for all.thanks

Overall I had a great experience staying at Patliputra Exotica it's was 2nd stay at Patliputra Exotica . all the staffs were incredibly helpful & their behaviour was also very nice . Specially thanks Mr. Abhijeet from sales and marketing he was taken my booking. also thanks my room attendant Mr. Khursid he is very good person. The room was clean but only one towels provide in washroom and linen quality is not good . there is no hand towels and no face towels. And i request to exotica team pls upgrade room interior design. The property is not well maintained. It's also a great place for celebrating any kind of small occasions and I want to visit this place again. Thank you all and early meet you soon 🥰

First of all they allotted was a very dirty room. Bed sheet was clearly used and the pillow was yellow and also very dirty. Floor was full of dust. No one had cleaned the room before they alloted us, no one wears mask staff including. Receptionists and kitchen staff freely moved without any Covid protocol. Receptionist behaviour is very bad, he argued constantly in Loud and disrespectful tone of voice. The toilet hand shower was broken but no one came and fixed even after requesting.I complained several times but they kept ignoring. My booking was for five days but after 2 days they called us and asked to move to another room because they said they alloted this room for a party, even though I was staying in it and had paid for it. Loud music from evening to night at full volume was played on our roof, the wall and ceiling shook and it felt like a hammer continuously to my head. In short, it was a horrible experience in Pataliputra Exotica. Highly Not Recommended.

Stayed for 5 days. It was the worst experience ever I had with any hotel starting with the check in and throughout the stay. Staff at the Reception are the worst, they don't have any manner how to greet the guest and talk with the customer. Checkin experience was horrible, didn't respond to any of the queries. Didn't care about any extra request. During the stay too they tried to misbehave with us by forcing to change the room. When you call/visit them for ant enquiries they would be giggling and passing comments amongst each other. Coming onto the room, it was very unhygienic with hairs all over the floor and bed linen looked like they have never been washed. Mattress has variety of stains on them. Health faucet in washroom was broken & unhygienic with lots of stain, even on repeated complaint they didn't change. Nobody follows covid protocols, there is no hand sanitisation or using mask even on repeated request to use these while atleast visiting our room. Hotel is very noisy with contininuous noise pollution. Only thing Good is their Kitchen staff who cook delicious homemade like food on request. They deserve special mention. I highly recommend NOT to stay at this hotel.

I spent teo night with family , room wad cleaned and spacious. Food I took breakfast buffet which was too much variety . Service person was very active who made my stay memorable with surprised cake.They arranged candle light dinner in our anniversary. Reception was also helpful to arranged cab for us. If I will visit Patna definitely will stay in Patliputra Exotica.

Easily the largest rooms ever available in a hotel in Patna. Nice airy rooms, lots of sunshine, plentiful space to move around, pristine white bed sheets, good view from the window. On the flip side, the internet was intermittent, the aqua area was average, and the breakfast subpar. Idli, Omelette, boiled egg, poori bhaji, parathas, cut fruits.
This is a very old property keeping its head up with the neighbouring giants. It's located in a popular area and seems to be doing good for itself.

I booked Patliputra Exotica for Annual day event for our company. Hall Greenville was spacious , food taste was good , service person are really cooperative. Manager who was handling very nicely of our events.
Specially in this Covid -19, hotel had done pre action arrangement. Sanitized banquet hall with face mask provided by hotel. Server were gloves, face mask with face shield.
Apart from my senior management person stayed in hotel who had come from Hyderabad. They were happy in terms room and cleaning of the hotel.
Will recommend any one this hotels.
