Pleasant stay, staff was very courteous, amenities were very good. The hotel rooms are clean. It’s a good stay and worth the value for a stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast buffet as well as Lunch at Ambrosia restaurant was awesome. Huge variety from different cuisines. Cordial staff, special mention about Mr. Aman, who served us well with hot dishes. Ambience is great and hygiene is maintained at restaurant. Highly recommended. The Restaurant team took personal care and helped with eggless pancakes. Customized the size to my needs and its felt so amazing. Hats off to the hospitality — it felt like I was the only guest, such VIP treatment. Staff served with a smile with excellent Hospitality services.

"Perfect example of an excellent resort" One of the best hotel I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. , we could view the Front and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the Hotel, It felt like a private jet. very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the out side look ,Specially thanks To Mr. Manager Avinay Very help full Person.

This hotel staff is ridiculous and too much unprofessional. Rooms are bad smelling and filthy. The person Vikas (Sales Manager) do not have the etiquettes that how to deal with the guests. Such kind of persons are big hurdle in the tourism development of Bihar. Even Vikas behavior was very rude. Please do not book and choose this hotel if you do not want to spoil your tour and mesh your mind. Tourism websites and apps like goibibo, booking.com, makemytrip etc must ban and block this hotel to be booked.

Absolutely pathetic, chaos and terrible. The price which they are charging for rooms and foods has no match, when we enter the rooms it was smelling like public toilets. They were disciplined about chkout and breakfast close time but not about quality of service, terrible hospitality

WORST WORST WORST Memorable stay bcoz of worst experience Dont go on photos and dont believe on reviews We stayed there for almost 4 days bcoz of marriage ceremony we experience end number of issues.
