Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I visited Delhi diner restaurant in March The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. We had great food here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
And I enquired about the rooms in front office they were very polite and friendly .
Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me a true sample of excellent hospitality.”

We stayed here overnight on our way to Odisha as we got a good deal on stay and food.
The dinner and breakfast buffet was really worth the money. The spread was adequate and tasted good.
People at front desk and reception can be a little warm to the guests with a smile on their face as they seem to be too unfriendly.
Room service for basic necessities like bucket and towels were very slow and we never even got the towel.
Overall a comfortable stay.

We stayed for a week Food is tasty and Chef and restaurant staff responds to the needs and requirements of customer. HugeVariety of non veg food items available. Can stay and enjoy food for more than one week. We felt very happy through out our stay keep it up

The Hotel was good but not as per 3 star standards. We got extra mattress instead of extra bed, Later they placed a extra bed with uncomfortable mattress after multiple calls. Room service and housekeeping took multiple calls to deliver an amenity or room cleaning.
The only great thing about the hotel was a good front office team which is lead by Mr. Patro and a nice and pleasant buffet breakfast spread. The front office team was very helpful and attentive. Other departments needs to be trained frequently to match the standards of other clarks inn hotels as we have kept an expectation of a great experience we had at Clarks Inn Raipur.

I feel this the best place for the corporates. Services are really awesome and staff were very helpful. We can expect prompt services in this hotel. People are very respectful to the customers. Front team has smiling faces and their concern about customers are highly appreciable.

The hotel service and staff is perfect for a nice stay in vizag. The complementary breakfast is a must have for everyone, it includes every type of food and everything is awesome here. And the hotel is located nearby to RK BEACH, which makes it easier for a beach lover to visit all the nearby beaches :)

I booked this hotel considering its online reviews on Trip advisor and other sites. I travelled with family and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Staff is very supportive and responsive. My kid enjoyed the food served in hotel. Room service is also good. Location is also good as its near to RK beach. We celebrated during cristmas time and enjoyed special food prepared for ocassion. Hotel manager Kiran, Krishna , Lavanya were very friendly. Krishna and Lavanya accepted special request to prepare Apollo Fish for my kid and taste was very good.

Location of the hotel is pretty convenient and that's the reason we selected it for our stay. The main issue is the slow response time of all staff starting from reception to house keeping to room service. They take a minimum of one hour for any requests. On the positive note their restaurant food is really good

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city . The rooms are small but comfortable. Though the room is well maintained, the bathroom needs maintenance. Some areas have a moldy look and shower fittings are difficult to adjust. The wifi connection is also very poor, even for email access. Breakfast has good variety and taste.

The worst experience I ever had. I visited this place with my friends on 19th April at 1:45 am, ordered one chicken korma and one chicken biryani along with one coke and one thumps up. But the the Koram was served cold. When we asked the server to hear it up and by the time it come the paratha got cold. Biryani have only bone instead of meat. Thanks to management and Chef to cover there food cost and gave the worst experience.
