The resort is located on one of the finest beaches of entire South India. The turquoise waters of the Indian ocean caresses the white sand beaches of this beautiful area, making for a sublime setting. But the scenery isn't just confined to the beach area; one can also explore lush ecological reserves and interesting archaeological ruins, which are testaments to the culture of the Indian civilization.

Detailed Reviews
I never give out reviews but I had to after my stay at Sai Priya Resorts. I didn’t expect my experience to be so nice and energising. The place has a positive energy and it must me to do with the vast outdoors, easy access to the beach, the green lawns with friendly ducks going about their lives or mostly because of the considerate staff members. We were travelling with a two year old and two senior citizens, the help and adjustments the staff provided was heartening. The food is delivered quick and is tasty and they will even help you with special meals for a baby. Safety is no problem, there is a home like feel in the resort and also they strictly close the beach or the swimming pool according to their hours which is a good thing. There are many sweet corners to explore on the property and one can stay only in the resort the whole time and have a holiday. There is no wifi, a point am mentioning not a complaint but as a compliment because you will be forced to see your surroundings, which they maintain beautifully. Sun bathe, watch the waves, float in the pool, walk safely in the lawns while friendly staff greets you. Get out of the room and explore the resort and what you miss in your busy city lives. Those in the review section who have talked about room sizes, a friendly suggestion would be don’t hole up in your rooms and get out and walk in the sand or lawns. The house keeping staff is always there to help to get your room cleaned when requested. Finally, Thank you, Sai Priya for being amazing hosts. Will be back soon. To meditate, find calm and re-energise myself.

It is a very good hotel to stay with family and friends. Staffs are really courteous and helped us lot with special cooked food for my little daughter.
But be specific about room sizes as at the same price they offer you different rooms depending on the availability of rooms.
Most important all rooms are not sea facing and ground floor room do not have balcony facilities.
Food is really delicious both in quality and quantity.

My mother and I have been visiting Sai Pryia Resort for the last 12 years or so. My mother is aging and loves her visit to the resort from the cold up North every winter. What sets this place apart are the lush greens and location on the beach. To give you a sense on what makes this place special think of the flora, fauna, food and people. There used to be two geese but now four, and they strut around the place as if they own it - adding to the charm (please don't bother them). The facility reflects the values of the owners. The owners (husband and wife team) are attentive, and the wife keeps a good eye on the cooking, while husband on the facilities. Every day fresh ingredients are brought in (including fish). The main cook has been working for over a decade and it tells you something about the place. Also, what as touching was that the owners (husband and wife team) sat down and had time for tea with my mother.
Last time I was not please at the beach because of the noise and trash. However, things have changed - the hovercrafts ferrying tourist are gone and the city maintains the beach.

A huge property with lots of opportunities wasted due to many unresolved issues. Here is the simple review -
The property is located on Rushikonda Beach (outskirts of main Rushikonda Beach). But none of the room can offer you a sea view due to obstructions of trees.
The property has enormous srea inside but no sitting arrangement hence you cannot sit and relax on big lawns so lawn is wasted.
Property is located on beach but you can only go to the beach between 6 am to 6 pm and everytime you go the gate will be locked by the guard which will act as the beach repellant hence no use of the sea here.
Claimed to be a 3 star hotel but we found it very difficult to convey our food orders and instructions in English or Hindi language as most of them don't know either of these two well. They repeatedly gave use wrong food even after proper instructions. They did change the food later on.
The food is a drawback as we found none of the dishes tasty. All food tastes the same. We didn't try biryani here though.
So the verdict is this is a property on beach but you cannot enjoy the beach after 6 pm. You cannot have sea view even though it's only 200 meters from the sea and you cannot get a sitting area even though it has big lawn and the food is totally disappointing. Huge communication problem for North Indians as you will find difficult to convey your message to the room service, restaurant people.
The deluxe room was big enough with all proper facility except a refrigerator.
So I would say a good property and location is wasted and not at all tourist ready. It may be good as an on the way hotel but if you are planning for a stay of 2-3 days, it won't be a good choice.

Let's start from the positive angle; Sai Priya Beach Resort has a nice ambiance and is located right on the beach giving it an advantage of the location. You have a beautiful and clean sand bed on the Bay of Bengal (almost like a private beach) while you stay in this resort.
Now the worst part of this resort is their service. Whether it is in the front office or in the restaurant, you won't be satisfied. They won't attend you and you won't get the services (even the small hotels, homestays, and mini resorts are far better than Sai Priya Beach Resort's staff). If these people (staff) are given proper training, this could be one of the best places to enjoy a weekend in Visakhapatnam. Well, I must admit that the security guards in this resort are well behaved and much decent than the restaurant staff and front office staff.

It's a nice place to stay. It was 2nd year for us in a row. Vast Lush green garden, ducks, hens an cows are carefully reared to enhance our experience. My suggestion to the Management is, as on date customers are getting only 22 hours for 1 day booking. It's not pleasant experience to have to vacate quite early. COVID Sanitization should not be an excuse for this. Swimming pool Slide should be renovated ASAP. Thanks.

The resort is reasonably priced and suitable for solo trips or travel with family or friends.
Staff are extremely patient and supportive.
Private beach access is a bonus, and the beach area is immaculately kept. The additional attractions include the pool and the lawn.
Rooms are meticulously maintained.Room service for dine-in meal is excellent, despite the fact that it is quite expensive, and housekeeping is available whenever needed. Most of the rooms have their balconies lead out to the beach, providing a spectacular view of sunrise and sunset.
If you have newborns or toddlers, the restaurant will supply hot milk from morning until night.Overall, it'll be a nice experience if you want to spend some quality time with your children and family.

This place is one of the most scenic and beautiful beach resort in Vizag. With it's private access to the sea, a little away from the crowded Rushikonda beach, Sai Priya gives you a serene space to chill not far off from the city. The food is typically Indian cuisine with a coastal and Andhra influence.
Add this on your must visit places when in Vizag.

Very old property. Wrong planning. None of the room is beach facing. Whenever electricity goes AC will take time to start.
Chat is not allowed to eat in restaurant, so if 1 family member wants to eat chat, he need to sit outside of restaurant.
We stayed 3 days, they have not done room cleaning or provided water bottle etc till you call them.
Overall, there are so many other good properties around that area within same budget.

Dingy room, nonworking toilets, uncaring, unfriendly staff, most unfit as family holiday destination
Small dingy room; toilet without seat and did not flush properly; called housekeeping for help, nobody turned up. An hour before checkout time, staff called us to remind us to vacate the room, several such calls. Cold, unfriendly, almost hostile employees. The room service staff we encountered were unprofessional, not friendly and didn’t seem to speak or understand English. This hotel seems focussed on events, functions like weddings etc; the night we spent there, there was a wedding reception and loud music played late into the night, disturbing sleep. They claim to have their own private beach, but no lifeguard, no beach umbrella, no place for one to wash away the sand after a bath in the sea.
Restaurant not child friendly but overall good local food, pocket friendly prices but limited items.
If you are on a family holiday, best avoid this hotel

Yes, but you need to be careful as there are currents. Move to where the life guards are.
No. Lambasingi is a place near araku valley. Araku itself is about 3 hours drive from Visakhapatnam. This resort is on Vizag Beach road near rushikonda.
ground floor rooms don't have sea view. rest all same.
There is a security personal deployed at the gate
He is taking care of the swimming pool inside the resort as well
but swimming in the sea is at your own risk, no one deployed outside the boundary of the resort.
