We stayed here last week. The hotel is just opp the beach. However, its almost end of the road closer to Navy quarters, hence no eatery options are available. For food and drinks you have to walk 1.5kms to get food. The inhouse is little expensive and the breakfast is not good. Though there is a variety but lacks taste. The service if prompt and good. The rooms were ok, as it was claustrophobic, as its closed environment. The TV has few channels and most of them are not charged. The room has a fridge and water bottle is complimentary.

So far so good... Positive environment.. Staffs dnt interfere much, which is a gd thing...they dnt disturb guests.. Child friendly atmosphere.. Bt they shud gv thr attention to food... Specially bengali food..otherwise south indian foods r really gd here..

The property is very well located & that's just the only good part of it. Although rooms & bathrooms are nicely done but a few things actually negate all the good things. One, lift is too small, hardly accomodating two persons with shoulder bags, two the staff is not professional at all, especially front office. Hardly know anything about basics of hospitality, maybe they have been trained that way. Also room service timings restriction is baffling. One doesn't get a tea at 6am, as kitchen has not opened yet. No newspaper till 8 am. It is a classic case of an excellently located & built property being wasted away.

Supreme hotel use to be one of the finest hotel but at present it is the worst hotel, the basics are not well maitained, there is no water, only one tap is working, sink is not working, flush is not working, secondly I asked for a towel, that towel was smelling like castor oil, their sample bath soap smells like cow dung any person will puke 🤮 , it looks like used one although it is wraped, wifi is not working, reception does not respond properly ( like we have to call 3 times to remaind them. I feel people are falling for the name and location like me, and last but not the least bed is to a coner where we won't be getting any air as fan is some where else, and bed is underneath the air conditioner which is of no use, mirrors are spoiled. When u want a tension free vacation or busses please avoid supreme hotel because there we have to worry about water when you wana go for shower.

I stayed in this hotel many times but now the standard of this hotel has gone to dogs. Rooms are very small, bathroom equipments are on their last stage of life. While on bed u can never forget that u are on a spring matress because everytime you will try to forget that a pinching spring will remind you that. Even after elaborating all above concern on 1st day itself to front office staff they have only those standard one line answers that they will communicate the same to their manager and if any rooms will be available then will try to shift you which never happened. Overall a very bad stay and insensitive front office staff. No matter what you say they have the same blank expression with no interest to resolve it.
Stay if location is the only thing matters to you as hotel is located at RK Beach.
This is not the same hotel I stayed earlier.

Location is good as it is beach facing, you can just cross the road and enjoy the nice breeze. Autos are easily available from here. Rooms are neat and clean. Nice swimming pool and good complementary food provided for breakfast.

Hotel is just opposite sea and the view from the window is nice. Breakfast spread, which is inclusive of tariff, is also good.
That’s all about the niceties. The rooms are too small to move. If you are a healthy person, never move into the bathing area in the bathroom as you will sure to be stuck in. Moreover it tooooo much high-priced. And they will quote the tariff to guests as they wish, as there is no tariff list in their website. They sent me a mail confirming our stay quoting one room-rate, then they sent me another higher room-rate. I replied with a legal threatening and they stopped saying anything and sticked to the previous rate. But this shows their attitude.
I strongly recommended everyone to find other hotels near sea beach, as there are so.many. Try to stay at any other hotel except this.

Staff behaviour is polite . Mr dhiren was helpful.housekeeping is also good. Food is good. Ambience excellent. Pool is kids friendly. Excellent management and overall experience was very pleasing and calm View was excellent with sea facing room.

The manager was so arrogant n don't know how to speak with tourists ...first they will attract u with sea view room n later they will ask more n more money.... I wonder who had hired him. If possible I would like to give -1 to them ....never ever stay in this hotel ......

I am stayed at Hotel The Supreme from 8th March 2015 to 10th March 2015. It was nice to stay there. Good staffs, Good Restaurant and Banquets. it was quiet comfortable, enjoyed the food there.
But the travel assistance is really very bad, bad and bad. I booked the cab for sight seeing of Vizag for monday(09-Mar-2015). The travel person told me 2000 rupees and i am accepted. but we tried to visit the places most of the places are having holidays. while booking trip he would have informed the same. but he didn't. if He would have informed the same to me, i would have change the plan to visit Araku atleast. this is really worst behaviour.
Hi hotel management, please take care of this issue. As i liked and enjoyed your hotel. but really i disappointed this kind of worst attitude.

As far as I recall....only Luxury category rooms are sea facing. All the deluxe category rooms are lined behind the luxury rooms across all floors. Depending upon the location of your room maybe you can have glimpse of the sea through the gaps of building lined in front/side of the hotel.
