My parents stayed at the property last month when they were visiting Vizag for a couple of days. This property is ideally located close to the beach and Railway Station which gives it a great location advantage. According to my parents, the hotel staff is well-behaved, courteous and helpful. As they are aged, both in their 60s, the staff constantly coordinated with them in terms of stay, food as well as nearby sight-seeing. My parents were quite happy & satisfied having chosen this property and would definitely prefer staying at OYO Sea Rock the next time they are in Vizag. Cheers to the hotel team & management!

We booked this hotel as this was near to the beach road & budget hotel, also based on the review & photos available online. However, the room was in pretty bad condition and was not really great to stay. Room was very congested, bed spreads were not clean. Since we were out in the city roaming whole day, we somehow managed with this room. AC unit was making lot of noise. Apart from that free wifi is available. Nice restaurant "Soul Delhi" is nearby (5-10 min walk).

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I booked 2 rooms for my family with OYO. 1. Breakfast - terrible! The first day I found big ants in the sambhar, WHICH IS GROSS. When complained to the property manager, he took away the bowl and never returned. Forget about replacing the breakfast,they didn't even apologise. There was no tea/coffee. They said the machine is out of order. Poor hygiene in the breakfast area. The bread packet was literally thrown near a toaster, with just one small bowl of butter and jam. When the same was over and we asked to refill the butter, they said we do not have more butter. They do not give spoons and have sambhar in the breakfast. 2. Room service - absent! We handed over the keys at the reception at 11 am and asked them to get the rooms cleaned while we were away for sightseeing. We returned around 3.30 pm and the rooms were still not cleaned. The excuse was that we have no staff. 3. Room amenities - hilarious! They placed sachets of tea, coffee, sugar on the table. But no cups or kettle. When asked for it, they said the kettle is out of order. And after hours they managed to get 4 cups and all of different sizes. 2 were so dirty we had to return them. After cleaning the rooms, they took away our water bottles as well, but thankfully returned them when we demanded it back. Towels were given only when asked for it. Overall, a terrible experience. It's better to prefer OYO 9210 hotel blak and wite, It costs around the same as this hotel but is much much nearer to RK beach (which is very well connected). The former(OYO 9210) is 1-2 mins away from the beach, while the latter(OYO 16961) is 15-20 mins away and it's uphill from the beach back to the room When booking check for: -Inclusion of complimentary breakfast -no. of guests (this site defaults to 1 guest per room). If you booked it this way but you're actually 2, you'll be charged minimum 300 extra ( and they don't even give you a water bottle extra despite the extra charge you've paid). At the hotel watch out for: -Missing window panes -Sticky floor -Hot water, they have a solar geyser (so the water's not actually hot, but slightly lukewarm)

Good hotel to stay in though 1 km away from beach. Actual do not have any restaurant but next building - they serve all kind of food. No parking facility. At least one floor you have to go by staircase - problem for edged people.

I really like the location as well as the size of the rooms for the price you pay. There is a really nice restaurant just below the hotel. Wine shop in walking distance and a short walk to the beach also which is nice. There is a movie theatre close as well as fine dining at Novotel. Great job.

May be I am expecting little more cleanness as per treebo standard. Compare room bathroom looks more clean. Staffs are good. Very helpful. Nice restaurant there just outside the hotel. Less options available in complementary breakfast.

Bathrooms are not same as shown in pictures. Over all room is not good as per rating given. According to price it's not value for money. This is a old property treebo has renovated it nice try by greebi but not up to the marks.

I stayed here for a week. The hotel is very neat and well maintained. The staff is very polite. There is an amazing restaurant attached with the hotel. The beach is very near to the hotel. Definitely value for your money.

Facilities are much better than similar priced hotels. Great value for money. Breakfast is simple but unlimited and filling. Service of hotel staff wonderful. The location is little difficult to find especially for the local auto rickshaws
