They allocated the room was not at all good, we have been getting this kind of treatment from many of the 4 & 5 stars hotels, when you book through MMT. I suggest the MMT look into this matter on a priority basis.
Very happy to stay with taj hotels room are very well maintained and the hospitality is superb the food we enjoyed a lot our kids had a good time at pool I finally recommend this hotel to friends and family and the room rice is also reasonable to stay
Everything in the hotel is good. We enjoyed our stay. The service is wonderful both in the restaurant and outside. The room is very comfortable except that we had only a limited view of the sea. there is enough variety in the food.
Pleasant experience except for swimming pool where despite very limited usage, cleanliness was found wanting. Many of my family members fell sick after using the pool. Most shocking was that no Satisfactory action was taken despite information being given to the staff.. we can see in the image dead insects floating. Except for it food, room quality etc was top class
Tried to stay closer to the beach and avoided names like Novotel, ITC. However not very pleased with the property. For the age of the hotel, would excuse most of concerns, however, some major goof ups are not accepted. They allocated someone else's room to me, did not replace my room keys after changing the room, etc. While they were polite enough to offer free breakfast in lieu of the goof ups, I think they can improve their services a bit. The staff and their genuineness is the only thing that can take me back to the hotel.

We stayed here for a night on a business trip. This hotel has clearly seen better days. There is a need for a major revamp of the hotel facilities. The food was good - the service was also very good, the duty manager was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms need to be upgraded, cleaned up and modernised. The location is excellent - right opposite the beach at Vizag. The hotel is also very spacious and has a lot of potential. We went to the Ming Garden restaurant for dinner, the food as well as the service turned out to be quite good.
Wonderful and helpful staff who took care of all the necessary needs with promptness. At the front desk Ms Soni, Ms Alex and Ms Vijetha were excellent. Housekeeping staff in our floor, Mr Subramanyam catered all the requests with a smile. And Mr Ramakrishna at the restaurant was indeed very helpful.
Please reduce the Sunday buffet price and also make sure Tata Neu points gets added immediately after checkout. I am still waiting for the credit. If possible, please continue to share discounts on Hotel reservations done from Tata Neu App.
I have been a Taj patron since 5 years. This is the first time I have been disappointed. Firstly I think the property needs a fresh look.. in all fairness it's 30+ year old property and hence I can understand the dull look. But even in the rooms, the washroom area had yellowish look.. at least the toilet we would have expected spic and span and sparkling white. Coming to the staff.. don't remember when was the last time I had to follow up 5 times before my request was fulfilled. It took 5 calls and walk down to the reception and a wait of 90 minutes before the request was fulfilled. So yes, a mediocre experience.
