I reserved the restaurant for buffet for 20 people for anniversary lunch and I did sitting from New York. The Hotel staff especially Ms. Lakshmi was extremely helpful and made it smooth for me. Starting from making reservation taking care of my guest she was very helpful and caring. I am recommending my family for future events celebration at Radisson. Very happy as my whole family was very happy with the service and the food was high class.

The best place to have the best food. The evening was an amazing experience with 365 restaurant. The staff are courteous and they handled the service with an impeccable hospitality. A smile on face of every staff made our dinner most lovable. The team was led by the manager Mr. Venkatesh. Few names which really stick into the mind the way they treated. Sadique, Jyoti, Rajesh, Mitu, Satvik. All staff are amazing Keep. up the Good work. Kudos team Love you all for the evening. 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent service at the restaurant 365..food was amazing, and they given us special mock tail that was like waaao and very much tasty. We visited this property on October this year.As there is very less good 5 stars present in Vizag,we choose this one as the rooms were comparatively bigger than Novotel.I booked an executive room and before arriving called the hotel and requested for an upgrade to the ocean view suite.They said it will be done.When we went to check in,we were not given any sort of welcome or anything.But later on we saw some other guests were made to sit and given coconut water and sea shell bracelet and done check in in a comfortable manner.This was our first disappointment.Also during check in they declined about the promised upgrade and simply said it cannot be done.We had requested for some extra amenities like towels,water bottles to be placed in the room in advance.When I asked about that during check in,they said it's been done.Before going to our room we went to have lunch in the restaurant.Here the buffet had already closed so we ordered ala carte biryani.While serving biryani the waiter was very near to me and I also warned him that food might fall on my pants.He did not listen and it actually happened.It was a new pant and I had to give it laundry that day.The biryani was decent on the other hand.When we reached our room,we were shocked as none of the promised amenities were placed and the electric kettle was giving a burnt smell.Also there was a shared balcony in our room.Guests of other rooms could also access it.The lock of that balcony was not working.and I had to call someone to fix the lock and change the electric kettle.Also to place the amenities that was supposed to be placed.It was very tiring and I was frustrated and wanted to speak to the general manager.Instead one front office executive came and upon hearing everything, apologised and assured me that tomorrow they will upgrade us to a ocean view room and the day before our check out they would upgrade us to a ocean view suite.I was still annoyed but accepted the deal.Next day they gave us the ocean view room.It was nice.But I noticed one thing.As it was a resort the distance from the reception and our room was vast and we would need buggy to go to and from the room.Everytime we requested a buggy it took them very long time to send it to us.As vizag gets very hot during day time walking in sun becomes barely possible.It turns out they have only 2 buggys for all the 80 guest room guests.This is incredibly low compared to the size of the resort.Also that day when we went to have dinner,and ordered the same biryani that we had the previous day,the biryani came as smelly,tasteless and as we had travelled to araku that day,we came back exhausted and requested them to serve the food quickly to us.They took 1 whole hour to cook the biryani to us.that was also tasteless and masala sticking out of the biryani and too much oily...I called their manager and complainted.He took off 1 biryani from the bill..Next day we were again going to araku valley.We requested 2 umbrellas from the reception to carry to araku as there was possibility of rain that day.They denied and said the umbrellas are for use within this resort only and can't be taken out.I requested them multiple times even told them I will pay money if anything happens to them.They did not listen.This was a lie and unbrellas could indeed be taken out..This is later clarified by their general manager Abhishek whom I met later.At this point I was pretty frustrated and even considering moving to a different property.I told the reception again I want to meet the general manager.Then the front office manager came to meet me.That,after asking to meet a senior manager after 3 days my request was heard.Never experienced this in any property.Atleast the front office manager or the room division manager comes to meet guests whenever they need him.Front office manager acknowledged everything and even promised to meet me with the gm.He gave a 20 percent discount on spa.and allowed me to have breakfast in the room for 2 days.The promised suite upgrade could not be given at the end as the suites was not available they said.The next day I got to meet the general manger Mr Abhishek Pani.He heard every detail and apologized for it.Offered us a complimentary dinner from his end.He even delivered swiggy food to my room though it was not allowed.I appreciate this gesture.We went and had the free dinner that day.Next day we were preparing to check out and called a buggy and requested them to be there fast as we had a flight to catch.20 minutes passed no buggy came.we called again.Then someone came after another 10 minutes.Despite reminding them I have a flight to catch.Then we sat on the buggy but the buggy did not go.Apparently they wanted to pick up some luggage of other guests before taking us,we yelled at them and then they took us.All my bills was settled so I just told the reception lady to check out the room.She said I HAD PENDING DINNER CHARGES ON MY BILL.THE DINNER THAT THE GM HAD MADE COMPLIMENTARY FOR US, APPARENTLY THEY HAD VERY BOLDLY CHARGED IT TO THE ROOM.This shows the severe lack of communication and coordination between the departments of the hotel.The gm gave us free dinner BUT DIDN'T INFORM THE RESTAURANT NOT TO CHARGE US FOR IT.At this point my cab was also here I was short on time.I tried to call both the front office manager and the gm but they did not pick up the call.Gm texted can I call back?The front office staff let me go after making them understand multiple times this was made free by the gm.What was more surprising was the gm or any manager did not return my call later. Resort is beautiful but the service is terrible. Worse than even a 4 star properties. Staying in 999, buffet spread is below average. This one incident wherein they had plain white noodles and I asked to make it lil bit with some veggies and sauces and they turned it down. In a nutshell...pls dont waste your vacation here
