Visited Ginger Hotels Gajuwaka in December Holidays and highly recommend this to everyone !
From Stepping in to the restaurent to stepping out you can find it completely hygeine,I found the menu not only just affordable but of a high quality.
Staff are very professional & welcoming. I found Restaurent manager Anil's behaviour was very professional and communicative. He always helped me know what suits my taste and made sure he speaks to Chef and arrange food as per our taste !

I spent a almost two months in the Ginger gajuwaka Visakhapatnam which was going to be of my best favorite hotel chain from now onwards.
As usual, the welcome is astonishing, and everything by the Ginger standards is delivered to the highest standard. I always felt like home for this two months with out any covid fear due to staff, and made use of all the facilities - like the laundry, restaurant and room service everything was awesome service by staff, mainly the support from front office is always helpful by shyam amith and chandra sekhar,the service example by Mr.Shyam was no housekeeping was available in the night i asked to clean my room without saying no he came and cleaned my room without hesitation i never expect from this by front office team like before. Thanks to ginger for providing such a good staff for the guest. Definitely I recommend by company for the further bookings in future.

Disgusting breakfast ambiance - far worse than a road side fast food shack.
Hotel guest can be seen standing next to the food spread or eating out of the straight out buffet trays. Restaurant staff and floor Manager could be seen acting busy busy.
Very unlike Ginger Hotels elsewhere.
Only the location is convenient, rooms are clean - usually over priced rooms but sometimes you can be lucky get the rooms for right value for money.

Yesterday for my parent's anniversary we all went to dine at Ginger's restaurant. Everyone including my grandfather was happy and satisfied with the food and hospitality.
They have well curated menu along with chef's special.
Mounika ensured that we were comfortable throughout the time and also facilitated in us seeing the rooms.
The rooms are very well maintained, hygienic and spacious.
Connectivity to the city from the hotel is good at the same time it allows the guest to enjoy the serene atmosphere.
Looking forward to more dining with friends and family.
Wishing Ginger the very best to be able to get a good and loyal customer base as this is a place most would want to return back to.

I was stayed 14 days at Ginger hotel vizag, it was nice experience for me, the staffs were frequently asked about my comfort, food, housekeeping, laundry, area maintenance and even regarding the discrepancies.
Mr.Venkat, A manager of Ginger restaurant, When I enter to have a food to food court he was attended me with his smily face and asked about my requirement and he was fulfilled my needs and satisfied me each and everyday without any miss.
Miss Bhavani & devika, sulochana receptionist in Ginger hotel.
Initially on first day they welcome me. Even they guided me a lot of specific places to visit to at Vizag. Ms.Bhavani communicate with me in our mother tongue that was an awesome I was surprised and really happy in that moment.
Bhavani and team regularly asked about my food and my days and living comforts etc.
I found this 03 people are awesome and gem.
I can describe these three are "The package of SKILLS"
I really appreciate for their potential, they have a ability to escalate the hotel business to above beyond by their communications, skills, strategies and being humbled.

Its absolutely fascinating! When we choose to stay at a places like this, we are choosing to let ourself be pampered. It’s nice to pampered to us every once in a while.
They provide a clean nice smart room by affordable price.

Very comfortable room.
Kept very clean and hygienic by efficient service of staff like Laxmi and Santosh.
The bed is very soft. Room facilities can be little improved by including slippers and an iron.
The lifts are security compliant with access being limited by access cards. Which is very commendable.

Good Rooms and Location. We can taste their restaurant up to satisfy our tong. AMTZ Vizag steel and Gangavaram Port is near to this hotel. Also near to Chennai vizag high way. Only issue they are provide only 1 lit of water bottle for two adults and one towel for two adults.
