This is a wonderful hotel, both in terms of facilities and services, definitely a feather in the Best Western Cap! I did my booking through their global website (which provided me the best rate!!). We couldnt get an early check in, but the check in process was fairly smooth on arrival. The Front office staff was very helpful and courteous. The Deluxe room that we stayed in was very spacious, even with an extra bed. The decor of the room were pleasing, it had all facilities required - they all worked!! The housekeeping staff were fully supportive to any incremental needs of ours. The room and bathrooms were clean on arrival, and also cleaned everyday of our stay. The influence of the Best Western brand was visible throughout the room and hotel. Breakfast at their restaurant (complimentary with our booking) was buffet spread and had more than enough variety for us ; and it was good quality. They have parking in the basement , which was helpful since I used a self-drive car during my stay at Vizag, and the valets helped ensure that the car was parked and retrieved swiftly. There were sufficient sanitizers placed at locations across the hotel to assure us about compliance and hygiene. The location of the hotel is pretty Central and it also has several eateries within a walking distance (even more within a reasonable driving distance) Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and fully enjoyed the hospitality and services of the staff. Thumbs up and highly recommend!!

The room was well equipped with all the amenities and house keeping staff was very helpful in maintaining hygine in the room breakfast was very healthy and tasty. Vinay from front desk was so helpful he even arranged bike for medical purpose. I am happy to meet such a supporting staff really enjoyed the stay I recommend everyone to opt for this hotel

This was the third time we picked Best Western Tejvivaan for our stay in Vizag.
We stayed there first time in October 2021. Then in November 2021. And again in April 2022. All three trips were long stays spanning over 10 days till even a month.
And from our first stay there, the hospitality and overall experience of the hotel has always been warm and welcoming.
The rooms are very well-designed, the housekeeping services are excellent and we always feel at home at BWT, Vizag.
The management and staff are constantly cooperative and willing to help make our stay more comfortable, often even going above and beyond what is expected.
This review is pretty delayed as we had to go through some personal traumas/tragedies and could not find the time to write this.
But even months later, this was a priority for us because of the sweet memories we have had at BWT, Vizag.
If we visit any city in the world, we always look for a Best Western hotel first, because the top quality service offered by them is not limited to any one location and we are thoroughly impressed by the way they have hosted us every time.
We particularly want to mention Mr.Samson, Mr.Vinay, Mr.Dhananjay, Ms.Soumya, Ms.Lavanya and other staff members at BWT, Vizag.
The ground floor restaurant Cafe Plus offers home-like food from a variety of Indian and international cuisines. Ms.Kaveri, Ms.Meghna & Mr.Vinod from the ground floor restaurant are very cordial and took great care of our meal requirements - whether it was during the breakfast/dinner buffet or any a la carte orders or even room service.
We have stayed in various other bigger hotels in Vizag too, but now we don't like any other place like BWT, because it always feels like going back home.
If you are visiting Vizag, we highly recommend a stay in Best Western Tejvivaan. Also, please say Hi to everyone there from Neo & Nyra Goodhart. They are some really sweet people there. 👋🏽💫

I happened to visit this place and I’m glad that I made the right choice. Right from the security guard to the waiter every one were simply amazing and clearly know their jobs, they are well trained and 5 stars for their customer service. The ambience was amazing and food is delicious. The pricing is low compared to other hotels around but the quality is far more superior. Just for for it without any apprehensions.

House keeping and staff politeness is good - Bibi and lakshmi Lavanya room ambience toiletries were maintained hygienically. And you can book this hotel through easy go at a cheaper price and early check in was a gift for us. Vizag trip good.

Best Western Plus Tejvivaan. Station Road, Dwarkanagar, Visakhapatnam, India
We stayed for a three night really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance.
The location is great very near to Train Station.
The employee at the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.
The room was very spacious, clean and had the amenities we needed.
Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread and comfortable.
Dining was such a wonderful experience. Food was excellent. We had a very relaxing time. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked and perfectly spiced, signature suggestion was good. The service is excellent too, employee treats like a home / family members
Great location & Service with friendly staff.
Everything was nice.
Good value for the money.
Me and my son would surely choose it again next time we visit Visakhapatnam / Vizag.

The food quality and the taste is perfect, and this place makes us feel so pleasant. Miss. Syamala's service is so polite and respectful, and the live singer Mr. Chiranjeevi garu voice is pleasant to hear. Overall the restaurant is so good.

Visited Visakhapatnam for a day on 14th Oct and found this hotel; We requested for early check and they so welcomed it and offered it without any hassle. Their service especially front desk staff are superb. Been to few hotels in Visakhapatnam but never such a comfortable feeling. Kudos to Tej Vivaan team ...look forward to visit again.

Best Experience at rates I booked this facility. the Stay was made special by hotel staff especially Mahalakshmi, Soumya, Meenakshi by their prompt response to any queries and questions from Booking till exit. I recommend this hotel as I found it centrally located from east to west side while traveling in city limits, and it's closeness to Airport and Railway Stn.
