i am a frequent traveler to vizag and most of the time i prefer to stay at daspalla, suryabagh which never disappointed me even once. i stayed in daspalla executive court around 9 yrs back. during my stay in the last week, i felt that the standards have been deteriorated and they are nowhere near their prime daspalla hotel at suryabagh. right from lobby to lift, it needs to be refurbished. food is not up to the mark. the served in lunch before day is being offered in breakfast on the next day. i requested HK to provide me a comb, to my dismay it is not in sealed and brought from a nearby pan shop. food is average/

Booked a room with three beds but was given a two-bed room with extra mattress on the floor.
House keeping was rigid with their attitude.
Complimentary breakfast was just average and starts at about 8 am.
If you are leaving early there is nothing.

I had booked a room online through their website. Glad that they gave a discount for this. The room was ok for a single person. Breakfast was good and the spread good. There were several items plus you could order for dosa or omelette as part of the complimentary breakfast. Location is very good and convenient in the heart of the city. The people at the reception and housekeeping were well trained and courteous. My only negative point is that do not opt for the rooms on the first floor as there is a banquet hall and there is lot of noise when programmes are there. Plus the kitchen and the housekeeping area is on this floor especially opp room 105. I had a specific problem as there was some motor running through the day and was causing a nuisance. All in all a good place to stay if you have a room on the 2nd floor and above

Daspalla Executive is a good place to stay close to RK Beach. The Front Office and housekeeping staff are excellent and so are bell boys. I would like to mention Prasanna ( at reception), she was really kind and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean with city and houses view. Language is a little barrier. If you are a Telugu, or can converse in the language, then you would roll. What is severely lacking here is good food. If you are booked here, breakfast is complimentary but the spread is really sad. Also, we tried the bar and restaurant here...Oh God, you don't want to be here for food definitely. We ordered chicken malai and paneer tikka. The former was half cooked and latter just average. Drinks were awful. We ordered Baccardi Breezer and we got some local one, which tasted like cough syrup and so was beer, a local one. And for this we paid 2000 rs...not worth for food. Stay here but eat elsewhere is what I suggest. Catering staff is not knowledgeable nor do they accept their fault. Three stars to this hotel coz of front office, housekeeping and Bell boy staff.

This place is teemeribkecin many ways! Rooms are outdated and not cleaned properly! Torn bed linen used for the beds, stinky rooms and to giver it up they use moth balls! Price is overrated. Room service & breakfast is below average! Avoid!!

The ambience and the design are breath-taking, superbly trained, polite, helpful, and a reason to come back. Excellent position, easy to find. Excellent food. The confectionery section was grand with the choicest muffins, donuts, dry cakes, croissants, etc. Restaurant is superb.....

Stayed here for one day. Central Location. The Room was clean and sanitised(which is essential during these Covid times). The Front Desk was friendly. Food was tasty. Barring a couple of hours of sounds from construction or modification work going in the floor alloted, rest of my stay was peaceful and comfortable. I would surely recommend it. If you are coming with family, this is a good option.

Location is plus point as it is centrally located. Breakfast was very good. Got 24 hours check-in as we booked from their website.
The room allotted to us has multiple issues. Tap was not working properly. Kettle was very dirty, reception told it will be replaced which didn't happen. Duvet blanket was not covered with linen on one side.

Room is very spacious. Room service is very good. Buffet breakfast is ok.
Best part is they provide room for 24 hours from the time of check in.
Moreover it is located in the heart of the city.
Only negative point is smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors.

Not one of the finest one's but definitely one of the best among the other places in the same locality.
Food Quality was good, but not one of the best. Vizag is a Sweaty Place and you will feel horrible when things don't work well when you come back to room after a tiring day.

I hv experienced tht we can feel the sense tht someone is in the room scratching and knocking sounds at the sliding door while sleeping we hv bad dreams beside tht we can feel someone pressing us from not waking up when we move our extra single bed we saw a black soul going under the bed we had a sleepless night when we stayed there for 2 days my mom said tht is a women soul.
