So Many BDM' will be in touch with me but Mr.Niyaz will give such a good support whenever I required with irrespective of timings, Urgency, Sudden bookings, Hotel room Upgradation, Early check-ins etc..,Mostly he shows personal interest in giving Sevices. He does frequent meets in Office & explain what best he can give further. Many of our Higher officials also appreciate him his support. He strive for Customer Satisfaction. It was a good experience staying at Grand Bay hotel. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Ms Surabhi did their job perfectly and she is best organizer and got problem solving skills as well. She is a good resource for your organization. The housekeeping staff and Ms.Sindhu from the banquet staff from Dakshin was also done an excellent job.

We stayed here for a 3N/4D on a business visit had an wonderful time staying at the property we need to specially thank our Sales PIC at the Hotel Ms Surabhi Rathi she is truly amazing person very generous understood all our requirements in advance and arranged everything on time we have requested for a board room for meeting it was arranged for us in short notice she is always ready to help assist for all our requests put forward which made our stay hassle free very much appreciate her service and hospitality 👍 The staff at reception and Restaurant are very Courteous and helpful Ms Sindhu at the Dakshin Restaurant organised and handled lunch for 13 guests with very good reception the food served is very good and well appreciate the Services as she was handling the requests from guests all alone done an commandable job . Overall we had an wonderful stay at the property with good ambience,food,the rooms are kept clean and well maintained Only Cons :Few areas at the property require renovation considering the strategic location of the property…
