It is a very neat place of stay! People are courteous. Nice food too :-) It was so close the railway station and my trip was made bit more easy and comfortable! They have a travel desk too that made the further plannings easier!
Compliment breakfast is very bad. It is Very hard to park the vehicle inside the hotel compound. I have to park the vehicle on the road. Room service is very bad,i ordered mineral water and received after going directly to the reception.
Hotel location is near to Bus stand .Stayed one night with family, Rooms are neat and clean, well maintained,A/c is fine ,food was good at the restaurant. Nice complimentary breakfast. and also they have travel desk.
I had done the booking over the phone and had also emailed the confirmation of my understanding of the rooms and the rate. When I reached the place at 1 a.m. in the morning, the front-desk staff back tracked and said only 1 room was booked. I had to reach out to the GM and get the booking as per my email. He was gracious enough. The stay was good and the other staff was good. Food is very good.
Hotel location is good.Procimity to railway station.Nearby bustand, accessabilty to car auto etc.Air condition good. However room service very bad and Desk staff is rude.In Restaurant waiting period is too long .It takes forty five to six minutes to execute the Orders.Only one person to take care of many tables.Restaurant service is to be improved.Telephone was not working. Before allotment they should make sure all equipments are in working condition.
Hotel was super. Good place & location is awesome. decent rooms. Receptionist & staff were very courteous & helpful. Restaurant so nice. homely food.budget and friendly.Staff Behavior is very good, overall good everything.....!!!!!!
The staff at the Residency made me to feels like home. Nothing was a problem with them. The rooms were neat and tidy and all in good condition. Centrally located in the area so made getting around a breeze.I came across a Pilgrims through Mountain Adventures Trekking. Its was a Incredible Experience and I felt so happy even if I'm a Solotraveller....
Stayed with family at this Budget Hotel at Tirupati... convenient location... pleasant stay...Good Vegetarian food...Nice AC eventhough very hot outside... Being Budget hotel, don't expect more on Toiletries and amenities
The room was a standard AC room. Liked the size of the room. The hotel is located near the Tirupati Railway station. The hotel has a restaurant. The hotel offers 24 Hrs check in and check out. Since, there are many options outside, very less people take food there, at least what I have seen. The bathroom needs some maintenance in terms of cleaning since stains are visible on the corners.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights during mid-Dec 2018 for our visit to Tirumala. We had already stayed in this hotel almost 8-10 years back twice. Surprised to see few downs: 1. No quality maintenance for the rooms and bathrooms. 2. Front office desk manager - Chandra - slightly rude. While checking-in, we re-confirmed the tariffs, and he got irritated and started mocking us in regional language with other staff. 3. Breakfast is complimentary but only for the name sake. Actually there is hardly anything to eat with substandard preparation and poor service. We also had a dinner here (on a payment basis), it was good with a reasonable service. The difference between complimentary breakfast and paid dinner shows their attitude. Few good points: 1. While checking-out two ladies attended us at the reception. They were very courteous and professional. May be they can conduct a training to the gentleman (quoted above) 2. Location of the hotel is a big plus. Just opposite to the railway station. It is an ok'ish kind of hotel. If no other option, can be utilized for a visit to the holy cities of Tirupati and Tirumala.…
